Good hotel at Ben Thanh Market area with reasonable room price. Receptionists are very efficient & courteous in informing guests on Do's & Don'ts at the hotel. Lobby area is shared with Vietnames restaurant (selling food at expensive prices even after 10% complimentary discount voucher from the hotel). Superior Double Room is compact, clean & tidy. No smell. Toilet is clean & tidy as well. Facilities inside room: hair dryer, water boiling kettle, wifi, TV, aircon, safety deposit box, slippers, hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, etc. Nice comfortable bed & pillows. Complementary 2 bottled water, 2 sachets of coffee & 2 tea bags. Plenty of cafes & restaurants nearby. Safe area. 2 complaints: 1. as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room. In the toilet, one can also hear the noise from the toilet of the next room. 2. The wash basin looks beautiful, but does not have good design - the wash basin is too shallow & flat, every time the tap water is turned on, water will be splashing all over outside the basin & the floor.

Great location. Room spacious but have smelly odour like old furniture and unpleasant odour from toilet floor trap. Balcony look liked poor maintained. Kindly improve.

Booked a bigger room. Can see Ban Thanh market. First floor is check-in counter and a pho restaurant. After 7pm, can get a nice broken rice box togo outside hotel on street.

Stayed at Avanti Boutique Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and had a pleasant experience overall! The location is fantastic — walking distance to many attractions, cafes, and local food spots, which made exploring the city really convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was leaking at first, but the staff responded quickly and fixed it right away, which I really appreciated. The only minor issue was that the water pressure in the bathroom could be stronger. Overall, a good value stay with great location and helpful service.

Overall not bad. Hotel location is very strategic and near to the Ben Thanh Market. The room facilities were a bit old but still ok for short stays. Valuable for price.

Hotel location is easily accessible to eateries and market. Service staff are helpful. Room is clean and well maintained. Will rebook this hotel when I am back in HCMC.

very affordable comfortable room opposite Ben Thanh Market. The only negative things is the elevator lift has a very loud bell sound each time it stops on a floor so you can hear it through each room. I suggest they remove the bell sound from the lift so guests wont hear the sound in their rooms.

Booked this hotel on behalf of friends who traveled as a family. According to their feedback, everything went well during the stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a family trip. Location was convenient and staff were helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant and smooth stay, and they were satisfied with the experience.

Very good location, close to the market. Perfect for the last days before departure if you want to do some final shopping at the market...
