I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The room was incredibly spacious, and the central location was quite convenient. However, one major drawback was the hotel's lack of overnight parking, which forced us to find alternative options, which was inconvenient. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and there was a frequent gurgling sound in the pipes during the night. Additionally, there were signs of sewage backup, which was quite off-putting. The dining area was not properly cleaned, with remnants of grease from previous guests left on the tables.

The room was not clean.
There is no comb for guests.
I have to wait an hour for check-in. I arrived at 2:08 PM on 27 Feb 2024 then the service told me the room was cleaning. So, please wait. Finally, I got the room at 3:00 PM.
Can say, not as you expected the quality of the hotel.

The stay was fine. The rooms were clean and nice. The only problem we had was the smoke of cigarettes on our floor and room so we had to move.

The location is the only good aspect of this hotel. It was an old building which is fine but really needed a good scrub and the security of our room was not very safe - had to get reset as it wasn't locking when we left the room. Didn't feel clean at all and our duvets had dirt marks on them. I would recommend for a night over if needed but not a long stay.

We went before check-in time and asked to see if we could check in first. In conclusion, there was a room where we could check in, but that room could only be slept in for one night and had to move rooms because there was a burning smell and cigarette smoke all the time. The hotel is quite old, the service staff is ok. But like to talk among themselves loudly, it doesn't feel very relaxing. Overall, I probably won't go to stay again, but it's not that bad.
