The location is right across from the Penang Market. However, the soundproofing at night is very poor. The double room wasn't very big, and the shower stall was tiny. There are lots of food options nearby, as well as convenience stores.

Overall good, front of Ben Than market. Easy access for muslim halal food nearby hotel.

The front desk staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the air conditioning was strong.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The location is great too, located right opposite Ben Thanh Market. There are plenty of spas, manicure, and pedicure parlours within walking distance, along with lots of good food nearby as well.

Avanti Hotel has a very strategic location, just across the Ben Thanh market. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is nice and quite spacious. Very recommended.

We stayed at Avanti Hotel and the location is excellent. It is right next to Saigon Centre, directly opposite Ben Thanh Market, and within walking distance to Nguyen Hue walking street. Very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The hotel itself is quite standard and simple, but the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s not a luxury stay, but comfortable enough and very practical because of the prime location.

The location is the best, it sits right at the heart of the city, they got coffe shop and restaurant downstairs, the staffs are super friendly and helpful, only one problem, quiet serious actually, it's the loud noice from the club nearby, long pass 1am and still going, otherwise it would be a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located in great strategic location for visitors to visit HCMC sightseeing places within walking distance. Staffs are vey kind with great service and support. Room amenities are sufficient and in good condition.

This hotel is super close to Betong Market, which is incredibly convenient! The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are all very friendly, and there are tons of great food, massage, and nail salons nearby.

It a very convenient location as most of the attractions is near by and have reasonable price for it value.
