The facility address is wrong so BEWARE because I ended up at a residence apartment. Overall, the staff was very lovely and super helpful. :)

apartment is ok and clean specious. this apartment management have 24 hour service for check in check out
just prepare ready cash 500.000 VND for security deposit which is not mention at the time of booking.
good place, and location is the best ,all over is good can stay long terms as well

사진과 완전히 다르고 청결도 엉망입니다.
실제 룸크기 20제곱미터도 안되는데 트립닷컴에는 35제곱미터라고ㅋㅋㅋ
호치민이 처음이라서 그냥 참고 3박을 머물렀는데 둘째날 오전에 수건교체 요청을 하니 마지막날 저녁에 갖다주더군요.
욕나올뻔 했네요ㅋㅋㅋ
해외나가면 숙소는 주로 트립닷컴에서 예약하는데 정말 최악이었습니다.
위치는 좋아요 그랩도 잘 잡히고...
정말 어이가 없는 숙소였습니다.

2박을 예약했는데 서비스아파트인지 모르고 호텔인줄 알았음.
10시경 들어가서 체크인하려고 했는데 방이 없다고 해서
그럼 다른 숙소를 달라고 해서 갔더니 체크인하는데만 1시간 넘게 걸림
숙소 입실하니 거의 12였고 노숙할 뻔 햇고요
더 좋은 아파트를 준 거 같긴 한데 어차피 다음날 또 방을 옮겨야 해서 너무 번거롭고 불편했음
다시는 이용하고 싶지 않네요

位置離范老五街8分鐘，登記入住找不到前台，還得透過trips才找到的人辦理入住，地板與床單不乾淨有明顯贓物，只能說可以住，但別要求太多，也沒有提供wifi密碼，只能靠自己摸索。
