1/ phòng nhỏ, dơ, cái gì cũng dơ ( bình nấu nước bên trong đen thui, có báo lễ tân đổi cái khác vì phải nấu nước pha sữa cho con, cần đổi 2 cái vì phòng của Mẹ bình nấu nước cũng dơ, cuối cùng tìm cả buổi chỉ đc 1 cái sạch, còn nhiêu dơ y chang cái cũ), nền nhà vẫn còn lông tóc khách trước, tivi bàn ghế cửa bụi dính thành 1 lớp dày cộm, lấy tay quẹt 1 cái là tay đen thui; giấy vệ sinh trong wc cũng phải hỏi lễ tân thì lễ tân mới đưa cho @@ tính bắt lấy tay lau hay gì á
2/ tivi tín hiệu kém, mở hoạt hình cho em bé xem mở cả tiếng chưa lên được
3/ n*** cả 2 chai nước trong phòng cũng tính phí, bình thường hotel sẽ miễn phí 2 chai nước cho khách, hên mình có hỏi trước nên không uống tự đi mua sướng hơn
4/ tiền phòng rẻ, nhưng tiền thêm giờ tính mắc, 100k/giờ, thêm 20-30p vẫn tính 100k, ở khách sạn khác họ thường miễn phí cho khách nếu quá giờ check out 0-30p, 30p trở đi mới tính 1 giờ
5/ anh lễ tân lúc mình check in có giúp mình book grab mình rất cảm ơn, chị lễ tân lúc mình check out tạo cho mình cảm giác không được thân thiện cho lắm, bình thường lễ tân sẽ đứng lên để nói chuyện vs khách, nhưng ở hotel này thì ngồi im 1 chỗ trả lời khách, cảm giác hông được chào đón nhiệt tình khi ở hotel này
Chắc do bản thân hơi khó tính, thông cảm ạ

No hot water, lukewarm at best. Train tracks nearby so you hear the bell constantly. Reserved room with kitchenette but I had to actually ask for specific utensils/items I needed. There were ants! We were given sheets as blankets. Shampoo was a used bottle 3/4 empty. Not comfortable but the room itself was spacious.

Very good value for money. Close to the airport and if you like city-walking it is also within a reasonable distance to the core city centre.
Stay was very kind and helpful (especially also after we checked-out).
