The hotel's location is good. When I booked the room, I confirmed that breakfast was included for children under 12. However, at check-in, the front desk informed me that breakfast was not included for children.

Very clean and conveniently located. The service is excellent, and the exterior is beautiful – truly a five-star hotel with great value for money. The hotel is quite large and very comfortable. Plus, some staff members speak Cantonese, which made communication very easy.

A French-style hotel with a lot of character. You'll always see the staff serving with a smile, helping you with the elevator, and greeting you politely. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich. Today, I even had unlimited abalone! The swimming pool is beautiful. If this were a five-star hotel, the service, facilities, and breakfast would be absolutely impeccable, almost perfect. This is my top hotel choice in Ho Chi Minh City.

I saw some reviews saying the service was bad and that they discriminated against Chinese guests, but my actual experience was very good; the service was professional and enthusiastic. Everything else was standard, quite good, but I can't give it a 5-star rating. There's a Michelin restaurant called Man Moi near the hotel with a great ambiance and good food. For around 200 (currency not specified, assuming local currency), you can have a decent meal. There's also a good Japanese restaurant nearby (though I don't recommend the tempura; it's too greasy). Compared to what I saw online, the hotel's design isn't particularly outstanding; it's quite conventional. If you're not on a tight budget, you won't be disappointed. The photos are from Man Moi restaurant, which has a great vibe. It's best to make a reservation as walk-ins might not get a table.

Always a great choice, still my top pick when visiting Ho Chi Minh City. The room service breakfast was also excellent and plentiful. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Ho Chi Minh.

This hotel truly meets five-star standards. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are exquisite, and the breakfast is great. It also has a swimming pool and a gym. The location is convenient for accessing various places, making it ideal for a two or three-day stay.

The service at the lobby entrance was just okay, the staff weren't particularly enthusiastic. It's not great value for money. Ho Chi Minh City isn't really a resort destination, so there's no real need to stay here. The environment and location are quite good, though.

The room wasn't big, but it was very clean. My friend and I went on a trip together and stayed for two nights. Everything was great, except for someone knocking on our door at 8:30 AM for housekeeping on the second morning. The front desk even helped us book a Miumiu Spa, which was super nice!

Had a wonderful stay at MAI HOUSE Saigon Hotel! The hotel was very clean, peaceful, and comfortable throughout our stay. The room service food arrived quickly and tasted great. Location was also very convenient — close to many attractions and only around 3 minutes walking distance to a convenience store. Even though it’s centrally located, the hotel was still quiet and relaxing at night. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

Very pretty french colonial style hotel with a stunning lobby. We stayed in the entry level room and it reminded us a lot of the park hyatt saigon hotel we stayed at 18 years ago. The Mai house hotel breakfast selection is to die for, every breakfast item is available at a good quality level for you to enjoy. The Vietnamese hospitality is very sincere from all levels of staff.

This five-star hotel was surprisingly affordable with excellent service, a clean and beautiful environment, and a delicious breakfast with plenty of choices. They even provided a birthday cake during my stay! The location is also very convenient. I highly recommend staying here again.
