Good location (near Takashimaya, Ben Thanh Market, cafes). Room and toilet were clean. However, there was ongoing construction next door. Hammering and drilling started from 8am everyday, thus disrupting our sleep. Would suggest avoiding staying here while the construction is ongoing. On our final morning at 7am, someone opened our room door while we were still asleep. Highly unsafe. Thankfully we latched our door so the intruder could not enter.

place is great alot of nearby spa and resto… just a minute walking distance to cho ben thanh market.

Hotel provides a lot facilities to customer.Wifi portable, fans , hi tea available at hotel customers too. The hotel olso free to try ao dai for 4hour.

The location of Edoya Hotel was pretty good, very new Yet quiet location, downstairs have 2 cafe with alots of variety and food are very nice. Saigon Shopping Centre are just opposite , very nice and walk to all restaurants are nearby. Hotel facilities are all very new, the hotel is clean and tidy. With this affordable price also includes breakfast. Very comfortable room, clean and good service. Worth for the price.

We stayed for six nights. Pros: - Excellent location in a tourist area, close to all amenities and shops. - Polite service with excellent English. - Daily towel changes, room cleaning, water, and toiletries. - Great cafe right outside on the ground floor. - Good breakfast from 7 to 10 AM, but the later you go, the less selection there is. - Air conditioning works perfectly. - Real plants with drip irrigation – very nice. - At first glance, a cozy room with a balcony. Cons: - Due to the plants on the balcony, tiny bugs constantly crawl around the room, bed, and bathroom. They are harmless, like specks of sand, but caused a slight discomfort. - The bathroom wasn't the cleanest due to humidity and old renovations. It was always cleaned, but it looked old and musty. - Not all drinks were refilled daily, contrary to what some reviews mentioned. Initially, there was beer, Pepsi, tea, and water. - Poor soundproofing; noises from the corridor and the neighboring room were audible. - And most importantly – street noise. A closed balcony didn't help; there was noise on the street until midnight and starting at 9 AM. Sports broadcasts, hawkers, construction from neighboring buildings – everything was audible, as if you were right on the street. Since our balcony faced the street, we experienced this; perhaps there are other room options with windows facing inwards. Overall, the hotel isn't bad for its price and genuinely tries to be good, but the longer we stayed, the more downsides we noticed. We wish them continued improvement!

Very good location. Prime location, near to saigon square and centre

To be honest, it’s quite difficult to find a reasonably priced 3-star hotel with good accommodation. This hotel is situated in a perfect location—just a 170 m walk to well-known cafés and a 3-minute walk to Ben Thanh Market, with many other fancy cafés nearby. Moreover, it’s about a 10–15 minute walk to major attractions. The room is okay, and the cleanliness is at an acceptable level.

Location: 10/10 Room size: 4/10. The room is so small for three people; add it up with your luggages and there won’t be enough room to move around. Air conditioning: 4/10. The room does not provide enough cooling temperature. It was a bit warm even when they gave us extra room key to keep the room cooler even if we go out. Breakfast buffet: 3/10. They provide the same breakfast menu every day. There isn’t much to eat especially for people who can’t eat pork.

I love the balcony, I was staying at level 6, it's so windy, and cozy to sit out there and enjoy my supper. The room is spacious, AC is superb.

My stay at Edoya Hotel Ben Thanh was honestly pretty good the location is super convenient and the staff were really nice. The room was clean and comfortable.

Location is great with Ben Thanh market just a minute away and lots of shops all round for food, shopping n spa services. Good value for money stay.

1. The water coming out of the faucet is yellowish-brown. 2. The refrigerator is very noisy at night while sleeping. 3. The soundproofing is very poor; you can hear conversations from next door. 4. Breakfast service is too slow, and there’s not much food available. 5. The air conditioner cannot control the temperature.

This hotel is in the heart of District1 which is very near to many places such as Shopping street, delicious restaurant. Our room is fit for 3 people and it's spacious. It can place 3 huge luggage and still have space to walk. The cleaner clean our room everyday and staff is friendly.

Location is good, near Ben Thanh market and Saigon Centre mall, there is a fruit juice cafe next to hotel, very nice!
