Booked two nights through *******, paid in full and got confirmation email and check in instructions which were to contact the property 24 hours before arrival to get code for access as there is no recepton. This is not unusual with condos and apartments. Been there, done that in the past at other properties south no issues. I tried for two days to email property, no reply, no success. when I arrived in HCM City phoned and was told that ******* had wrong account and they weren't receiving their payments, so yes they could accommodate me but I had to pay them ( the property) in full and, get this, try to get a refund from *******. This is all well and good, but I had a booking with a no cancellation available option. I'm at the airport with a sick husband and have to go through all this crap. Suffice to say, I booked with another property, did my dough. I wasn't going to give them the satisfaction of getting a double whammy out of me. STEER CLEAR OF I WERE YOU.
