A25 Premium Hotel - 277 Le Thanh Ton

The amenities were excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a Kmart nearby. Ben Thai Market was also nearby. The subway station was also nearby, which was convenient. The receptionist was very kind. However, although they said breakfast would start at 6:00, the staff actually arrived after 6:00 and started preparing it. The buffet was not fully prepared until around 6:30.

The location is very convenient and easy to access nearby attractions and transport. The room is spacious and suitable for families. The food selection is good and changes every day, which makes the stay enjoyable. However, one concern is the staircase area. The sharp corner on the staircase can be dangerous, and my dad unfortunately injured himself there. We informed the staff about it, but no action was taken on the sharp corner near the edge where you need to lift your leg. I hope the hotel can look into this for the safety of other guests.

It was our first time in HCMC and Vietnam, and we were very happy to have booked this hotel. Upon alighting the grab, they immediately helped us get our luggages up the stairs. We were completely capable of doing it ourselves but it immediately helped us feel welcome and well taken care of. The room was spacious, no windows are advertised but well-lit. The bathroom was clean, daily housekeeping was available, and a minibar with snacks and drinks. The location? Everywhere was very walkable! It had convenience stores and coffee shops downstairs, a supermarket a couple of blocks away and good restaurants too. Thank you, will definitely come back!

The room was fairly basic and the bed a bit hard, however the location was good, the service and kindness of the staff was excellent and the breakfast was ample. I do not regret my choice and would stay there again.
