Nice hotel. High floor. Recommended to stay as it is very save and professional.

The hotel is in a fantastic location - perfect for viewing the New Year's Eve fireworks which I did right from my window. The service was very good with all the staff being hospitable and friendly. The room was clean. It was overlooking the river so I find the view quite nice. The breakfast buffet was great. There is also a rooftop Indian restaurant serving authentic Indian food, if you want something other than the main hotel restaurant. The hotel is highly recommended.

The building is in a nice location at Saigon river but also near to other scenic spots like opera , banh tinh market . Food is excellent Rooms not have a seperate shower must stand in the bath tub . Staff is extremely friendly and helpful . Rooms a bit noisy

Good rooms, great location SUPERB breakfast! That’s where it ends. Hotel is quite old and run down. Toilets need to be refurbished. Brass is waning off in various areas. Lacks the premium feel in the room. Pool is not upto the standard at all - small + unkempt. Steam room - seating area is chipping off. All in all looks like an old unkept hotel which may have been a great one at some point. Have to say again, rooms are great and breakfast super!

Great location. Close proximity to all the attractions in District 1. Good selections at breakfast buffet. And to top it all, ever cheering staff.

The facilities are good. The staff are very polite and provide very good services. However, I booked two rooms for my family and I have explicitly wrote in my request to have two rooms connected to each other when I booked the room in trip.com. However, when I checked in , the hotel provided two rooms which is not close to each other. My comment to trip.com is that I saw river view for R-club class room in pictures showing in trip.com web site and so I booked the R-club room even the price for the room is higher. However, when I checked in, the counter staff told me that the room I booked is city view only. I really felt unhappy. I wrote to trip.com of my concerned, the reply from trip.com was said that they referred my request to the hotel only and in fact, trip.com did not do anything to fight for me of my requests. Finally, the hotel was only agreed to change one room for us so as to make two room connected.

It’s located at a very excellent laxation with wonderful river view. Very convient for shopping and dinner. Staffs sevice is good But the hotel is quiet old.

A wonderful stay. The hotel was well located, the pool and roof top bar was clean and refreshing, the room was spacious and the breakfast was fabulous. But the best part of this hotel were the staff. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful. A fantastic experience.

Pleased with my stay even though i got the lowest floor and couldn’t enjoy good views of the river. The room was decently sized and clean. Air conditioning & water heater worked very well too. Even though the traffic’s always very busy outside, the sound is negligible from the 5th floor. Location wise was pretty central as I walked to many restaurants.

It's a bit dated but very convenient location. Walkable to everything - exploring all - good coffee, great local food and places of interest. Staff is very responsive and helpful.
