The room was clean and tidy, but I didn't realize so many people would be staying in one room. The only bathroom was on the first floor, so everyone on other floors had to go down there to shower.

I loved the Pink Church nearby; I'd go there every day to sit for a while. There's also a great vegetarian buffet restaurant close by. This hostel has good design and facilities. When staying in a hostel dormitory, the primary goal is usually to save money. Truly wealthy people rarely choose hostels; if you want to act superior while staying in a dorm, or if you seek extreme personal privacy and absolute respect and service, please opt for a five-star hotel, or at least pay extra for a private room. While this hostel's facilities are new, with so many people staying, one air conditioner broke, and the room sometimes had a bad odor. They should turn off the AC for two hours at noon and open the door for cross-ventilation. The cleaning lady was very rude. She tossed my check-in card onto the floor by the elevator. I chose not to get my deposit back because that ******* discarded my check-in card on the elevator floor. I had placed my check-in card and deposit receipt on the bed. Everyone choosing not to claim their deposit could accumulate some money as an employee bonus. I suggest the boss fire that old cleaning lady and let her retire at home. In the restroom, some Chinese people intentionally throw toilet paper on the floor. The front desk should remind Chinese guests to pay attention to personal hygiene habits.

My room was on the 4th floor, but the bathroom and shower were on the 1st floor. Luckily, the elevator made it easy to go up and down. I had to pay a 100,000 VND deposit when checking in, and when checking out, I just needed to return the key card and towels (in their bag).
