There was no communication with the front desk, and no one knew how to check in. I left something behind and messaged the staff group chat (with 12 people in it) to retrieve it, but received no reply. The amenities weren't replaced, and there was no cleaning. The staff service was also poor, so unfortunately, I will never stay here again.

After making a reservation and contacting the host, I was told that the originally listed room was not available. Instead, I was redirected to a different condominium located დაახლოებით 3.3 km away. When I declined this alternative and requested approval for a refund, the host stopped responding entirely. My refund request was never approved. To make matters worse, the messages in which they attempted to redirect me to another property were deleted, indicating a deliberate attempt to conceal evidence. Please be extremely cautious to avoid falling victim to this kind of scam
