I have stayed here before and came back, but this time the staff could not find my booking at check-in. It took a while to sort out which was frustrating after a long day. The issue was eventually resolved but the process needs improvement. Staff should be better trained to handle booking queries efficiently. But food nearby locations are really great. I have attached pictures.

Its so bad the location is wlso so far from the city center. Dont book this hotel. They didnt even give us water. And also the room has a cockroach 🪳. The bedsheets are terrible 😣. Dont even think about to book this hotel. I wouldnt recommend this hotel. And the guy charged us extra 100000vdg its terrible.

It was cheap so anyone can stay but for location, from airport its a little near but if you want to go to the center of city it is a little far so you can spend much fare of transportation

The hotel is nice and clean, and it's close to the airport. While the location is a bit far from the tourist attractions, it's easily accessible to bus stops, so it's not really an issue. You can also get a Grab (ride-hailing service) from here.

OVERALL.... THE ROOM I WAS STAYING IN SERVED IT'S PURPOSE & WAS ACCEPTABLE, HOWEVER MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCES WHILST PAYING TO STAY THERE -I HOPE TO PROVE AT A LATER DATE TO AN INTERNATIONAL WAR CRIMES TRIBUNAL- WERE COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!

Excellent value for money. The room was sparkling clean and the AC was freezing cold (a lifesaver in Ho Chi Minh!). It’s a bit far from the main tourist attractions, but Grab is very cheap and easy to use here. If you're on a budget but still want a comfortable and clean place to sleep, I highly recommend this hotel."
