Horrible, awful, terrible! I paid for a premium 2 bedroom suite that was supposed to be 90 sq meters. The room they gave me was much smaller, had no decoration (only bare white walls), a tiny round dinner table and a very ugly small yellow couch. I refused to accept the room. They refused to let me cancel or give me a refund. Trip.com asked me to take pictures but the manager wouldn't let me back into the room. I booked a hotel elsewhere. I went again the next day to get a key for the room I had already paid for. They said they gave the room to someone else and refused to give me my original room. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. They insisted that they were not responsible for giving me the room shown in the photos. The also blatantly lied about the size of the room. This company is using Landmark's good name to mislead customers. They are using photos of other apartments to bait and switch with their own unsatisfatory rooms. In the end I lost my payment for all of the nights and had to book another hotel. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The advantages are: there are shopping malls and convenience stores nearby. The disadvantages are: (1) The sanitation is very poor. Dust can be seen everywhere on the walls and corners. It looks like it has never been cleaned. The towels provided have obvious yellow stains. (2) The bed size shown in the booking is 1.8 meters, but it is actually only 1.5 meters. I read other people's reviews before, and some said that the pillows are very hard and high. After the actual experience, it is harder and higher than expected. (3) The most terrifying thing is that the door of the apartment is an electronic lock. As long as you know the password, you can enter directly from the outside (and the password is quite simple, and the staff of the apartment know it), but you can't lock it from the inside. When I go to bed at night, I am always worried that someone will break in in the middle of the night. 

The hotel is in the landmark 81 building. I stayed there for a long time. The view from the roof is nice. Downstairs is the business center. You can withdraw Vietnamese Dong with your UnionPay card. The surrounding is very lively. The curtains are electric. Overall, it is not bad. I took some pictures of the scenery from the balcony.

It's in the podium next to landmark81, which is full of apartments. It's in a high-end residential area. The service is very good. The room was upgraded and free airport pick-up was provided. But the service response was too slow. Is it because there are too many customers and the business is too good to handle?
