The Blue Airport Hotel Reviews

My stay at The Blue Hotel was a complete disaster. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, showing no willingness to assist guests with their luggage. The amenities were extremely disappointing, with dirty bed sheets and a poorly maintained bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom was so dim that it felt like a cave. The staff's attitude and the lackluster amenities made for an unpleasant experience. Look elsewhere for a hotel that values customer service and provides better accommodations.

The service staff is cute and polite; The location near the Center is quite convenient when moving; Reasonable meeting room prices; However, the lights in the bathroom were dark; Water spills onto the floor when showering, making it easy to slip and fall; The door latch or air conditioner remote is damaged and has not been repaired.

Good hotel, clean, suitable for traveling with friends. Near tourist attractions, convenient travel

The hotel is in an alley, so it's very quiet at night. The shower room is too small for two people to take a shower together. Except for the need to pay for mineral water, other issues are acceptable. Rooms by the window can see the morning sun.

Be aware of this hotel. For anyone want to book a hotel close to the airport. The room is very dirty. They were not clean it probably, there was no shampoo in the bathroom. Dirty tissue leftover from previous guests. The girl from front office was very rude. It’s seemed like she was not happy which what she’s been doing. If you traveling with heavy luggages, you need to carry your own luggage upstairs. The is no one to help you with luggage. Do not rent a motorbike from the hotel. The was no break or side mirrors. As it is illegal to traveling on road in Vietnam and also it will affect you own safety.
