The hotel is in a great location, just 3 mịn walking distance away from the Ben Thanh market. You can enjoy many local food and sight-seeing attractions. The facilities are somewhat outdated. But the value vs the price is ok.

The duvet and pillows were quite dirty, with dried snot on them. This wasn't the hotel I originally booked. The platform informed me three days ago that my original booking was full (even though I booked it one or two months in advance; Ctrip is really useless). I then had to negotiate with customer service to switch to this hotel, which frankly doesn't even meet hotel standards; it's more like a guesthouse. The soundproofing is poor, the linens are unclean, and the bathroom is very basic. Since I arrived late, I just slept without a blanket.

I’d give The Noble Swan Hotel Saigon a rating of around 6.5 to 7 out of 10. It delivers solid location and value for certain types of travellers, but there are notable risks around room condition, maintenance and service consistency.

It’s a good hotel. Its small but the receptionist are kind. we booked two rooms but the other room don’t have heater. Near Behn Than market, just walking distance.

The door magnetic card lock is spoiled even the counter issue on the day of check in. We have to manually use the key to open instead. The ceiling wall have mold, furniture is bad condition. Hairdryer is spoiled and no replacement as the receptionist told us that 1 per room and no extra. Is near the market but staying condition not impressive and is totally off the photo shown provided.

This is my regular booked hotel. I like it able to quickly react to support my needs. In addition the complimentary freeflow fruits, drink and snacks at concierge are huge bonus..

Well, being moved to the other branch Noble Swan Hotel Saigon not far from this location. So, my review will be based on the relocated hotel. The staff is very helpful even helping us bring our bag to the new location. I will give 5-star for this point ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ However, I will rate the average for the amenities and the cleanliness. The tap is rusted and you can see something yellowish. Water tastes metal, I think. Day 1 is the worst. Shampoo mixed with water. Soap is almost empty. The bed smells bad. But the next day we request to clean, the staff will clean, and change everything. But still some parts under the bed and near the mirror are not cleaned properly. I believe there is room to grow for this hotel by hiring more cleaner or maid to clean the room. I suggest the hotel delete "Complimentary Snack" on the Room Name since it is only banana and sweet near receptionist. The room name sounds so phising. The internet is a good point for this hotel. Good location as well. Just know that here in Ho Chi Min City, the minimarket does not allow to sell paracetamol 😅

We would like to raise a complaint regarding our stay at your hotel. Firstly, we requested one additional set of towels from the reception. Despite making the request three times, no towels were delivered to our room at all. This caused significant inconvenience during our stay. Secondly, as standard practice, hotels usually provide two bottles of drinking water per room per day. However, in this hotel, only one large bottle was provided. Once the water was finished, we were informed that we had to purchase or obtain our own drinking water, which is very unusual and disappointing for a hotel stay. These issues reflect a lack of basic service and did not meet reasonable guest expectations. We hope the management can review this matter seriously and improve the service for future guests.
