Staff at the front was excellent and kind. The room was also too. Air conditioner has heating mode so you don't need to bring those blankets they have at the first floor. Also instead of default nightwear you see in every hotel here in Japan, they offer yukata, which I find very cute. Amazing stay.

Although it was a bit of a walk from the station, the staff were very attentive and helpful, which I appreciated.

A classic business hotel but without the aged carpet and interior. The room was comfortable and warm. Sheets were new. Drink service was excellent. They even had Milk Tea and Cocoa Powder. Only negative was that reception has plastic screen up still which depersonalises the check-in experience. Still staff was good and amenity selection was very good. Breakfast was a good selection and enjoyable. Plus you can use sento showing your room key at I believe two different places.

The area is convenient. The staff were nice and the food was good.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, so the location was good. If you go a little further out you'll come to Chuo Dori, so it's recommended for people who want to leave their luggage and immediately explore the area.

It was close to the station, and there was a Mega Donki nearby, so it was convenient to buy groceries. This is a personal preference, but it was also very close to my destination, so the location was perfect. The facilities were impeccable, and the price was relatively reasonable, so I was very satisfied with my stay. Thank you.

This hotel is neither good nor bad. There is no parking on the premises, and it is a little hard to find. It might be difficult to move around with a carry-on bag on a rainy day. There are plenty of bars around the hotel, but I think there are not many places where you can eat a regular meal. I recommend eating a meal before checking in.

We stayed one night in Katsuta Station Omotemachi. My family of three reserved separate rooms, and they arranged for us to be close to each other as we requested. I forgot my phone charger, but I was able to borrow one from the front desk, which was very helpful. This may be a common comment, but I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity. The hot spring is in a different hotel, so you have to walk or drive there, but if the weather isn't too cold, it's fine if you just want to get some fresh air.

The amenities were excellent, and the front desk staff were friendly and polite, so my family and I had a pleasant stay.

The room is too small

It is a little far from Katsuta Station, but the environment is OK. The breakfast is good.
