Google Maps shows that the hotel is a five-star hotel, but the actual stay is three-star. It feels like a serviced apartment, with a small refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine, suitable for guests who stay for a long time, but completely useless for overnight guests like us. The good thing is that the room is relatively large, larger than most Japanese hotel rooms. It is near the train station and can be reached on foot. The reception staff is very polite, but there is no other service. It is basically self-service. There is a viewing platform on the sixth floor, and I went up to see the night view.

It's rare to find such a big room in Japan. It's about 400 to 500 meters away from Hiroshima Station. It's not far from the shopping center, and it's not far from the tram. It's great. Recommended

We had to present our passports several times and then enter all our personal information, from our date of birth to our address, into a computer terminal. This data was all known from the reservation or could have been read from the passports. In other hotels, such data was pre-entered, and after verification, we only had to sign. That would be a standard that corresponds to today's digital world. The selection of amenities was extremely modest. Only instant coffee was available, no drip coffee bags. For breakfast, we were referred to three station cafés, some of which didn't open until 9:00 a.m. We cannot understand the extremely positive reviews from other guests.

It is very close to the JR station and the tram station is right outside, making travel very convenient. Different from traditional Japanese hotels, it is a very European apartment-style hotel with complete facilities.

One of the rooms is on the underground G Floor. It is a room for the disabled. The bathroom equipment in the room is for the disabled. The wash basin and mirror are very low. You have to lean down every time you use them. I asked the hotel to try to change the room. They refused to switch because the appointment was full. The reservation was made three months ago and I reported to the hotel at 11 o'clock. I really don't understand why this arrangement was made, sad!

Four girls stayed here for one night. The conditioner they provided was really good and made my hair smooth. They also provided amenities which was very helpful!! I was a little concerned that the vending machines were only on the second floor, but the service was good, including the terrace seating on the 10th floor, so I liked it!

After traveling to Tottori, I chose it as a halfway point on the way to Fukuoka, so I went there unexpectedly, but it wasn't too far from the train station and was easy to find. The accommodation was very clean and spacious, so I liked it. It was a final trip after studying abroad, so 3 people took 3 large suitcases. Carry-on 2. It was large enough to spread out everything. The bathroom was spacious and there was a washing machine in the bathroom, so I thought it would be useful. Even though it's a hotel, cooking is possible, so I bought a lot from the supermarket and cooked it for a late-night snack. If you're planning a trip to Hiroshima, I highly recommend it~~

It was my 3rd stay For some reason, there are no slippers in the room only this time that? ? But an open-air bath? There is a bathtub on the veranda It felt good! It was a nice room with a bath in the room!

There is a smoking area nearby, and the smell sometimes comes from the ventilation or air conditioner. Other than that, there are no problems. The concierge is also helpful.
