點小失望，酒店安排非常差，一行五人，預約了兩間房間，提前11點到達checkin，必須三點後才能入住。其中一間房是地下 G Floor，傷殘人士使用房間，房間內的洗手間設備都是傷殘人士設備，洗手盆及鏡子非常低，每次使用都必須俯下身，要求酒店嘗試更換房間，都已約滿為由拒絕轉換，已經是三個月前預訂，11點到酒店報到，真的不理解為什麼要如此安排，sad!

돗토리 여행후 후쿠오카가는 길에 중간 지점으로 선택해서 갑자기 가게 되었지만 기차역이랑 그리 멀지않고 찾기 쉬웠어요.숙소 완전 깨끗하고 넓어서 좋았어요.유학끝나고 마무리 여행으로 간거라 3명이서 캐리어가 큰거3개.기내용2개였는데 다 펼쳐도 될만큼 넓었어요.욕실도 넓고 욕실내에 세탁기가 있어 요긴하게 쓸수 있을듯 합니다.호텔이지만 조리가 가능해 슈퍼마켓에서 이것저것 사서 야식으로 조리도 해먹었어요.히로시마 여행 계획이라면 강추입니다~~

何故か 今回だけ お部屋のスリッパが 無く
あれ？？
しかし 露天風呂？ベランダに 湯船があり
気持ち良かったです！

喫煙所が近くにあり、換気口かエアコンから時々臭いが来ます。
それ以外はなんの問題もありません。

酒店性價比蠻高的，網評5鑽價格不貴、設施也比較新，而且房間大（在日本近38㎡的面積挺少的）。酒店有點像家庭公寓，房間內有廚房設備、還有洗衣機（這點好評，因為日本很多酒店使用洗衣機需要額外投幣）。離jr廣島站步行約10分鐘，個人覺得這個距離還是可以接受的。

部屋も広くて、綺麗で。。洗濯機やキッチンもあって充実した設備に感動しました🥹 お風呂や部屋の内装もオシャレで最高でした✨✨
きゅうな予約にも対応してしていただけて、スタッフさんも優しくとてもよかったです✨

受付の方が不慣れな印象でチェックインから手間取り、不安な気持ちのまま入室しました。テーブルに荷物を置くと、テーブルがそのまま床に潰れたのでどういうことかと見てみたら、正しく組み立てられていませんでした。
また冷蔵庫の横の隙間に、用意されているものとは別のスリッパが二足入っていました。
全体的に清掃が甘い印象で、初めて清掃担当された方なのかなと思いましたが、再訪はないと思います。
