"We booked an extra night at Best Western Plus Hinton, we previously stayed for 3 nights before this and were pleasantly surprised by the new room we were given. It was spotless, even cleaner than the previous one we stayed in during our initial booking! Everything we needed was there, and the space felt fresh and welcoming. What truly stood out to us, though, was the front desk team. They were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated, and made the whole transition smooth and stress-free. Great service, great stay, highly recommended!"

"We loved this hotel. The check in was easy and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was brilliant. We’re a family of 6 and it’s the best large family room we’ve stayed in. We had two rooms with interconnected doors, one room had two queen beds, the other had a kitchenette, very comfy sofa bed and a king bed in a separate room. So much space, it was wonderful. We slept well despite the noise from the road that could wake you up if you’re a light sleeper. I did notice the noise from the room above us, it could just have been excited children running around but the sound was quite loud. Our children absolutely loved the heated swimming pool with the slide. It was the highlight of their day. The spa was good although the bubbles had some soap scum that we scooped out. Breakfast was pretty good by comparison to others with lots more choice than we’ve seen, including alternative milks. Only thing missing was more healthy options like more fruit and better quality juice. Overall a great stay, I’d give it 9/10!"
