HOTEL LiVEMAX Himeji Ekimae
3.7/563 Reviews
There's nothing wrong with it, there are windows, and you can see the station outside, so it's not too noisy. It's very close to Himeji Station, less than ten minutes' walk away, and ten minutes' walk to Himeji Castle.
Himeji Castle Grandvrio Hotel

It's great that there is a hot spring and a sauna with a TV! The seafood bowl and French toast for breakfast are delicious. It would be even better if they had a daily special menu. There is no shuttle bus to Himeji Station in the morning, so you have to walk about 10 minutes.
Hotel Crown Hills Himeji

It's an old hotel overall, and there was a musty smell in the room, especially the bathroom. The women's public bath requires a key to enter, so security is tight, and shampoo, negative ion hair dryers, and the bare minimum of amenities are available for rent. The loungewear was a little too thin, so I thought it might not be suitable for women to walk around the building after taking a bath. Because the parking lot was free ◎ There were many convenience stores around, and welcome drinks were freely available at the restaurant, and not only soft drinks but also alcohol were free.
Hotel Wing International Himeji

Does the job hotel. Well situated. Close from the castle and from a nice small restaurants/bars area. The room is clean. Nothing fancy. Same for the bathroom. I did not get any breakfast in there so, I cannot say. The service is efficient. Quick. People are nice like all over Japan. There is an indoor smoking area. And a special for Jaku who own a Jazz bar the street just behind. An exceptional moment during my trip.
Comfort Hotel Himeji
4.5/580 Reviews
This is a comfortable hotel to stay and quite popular with the Japanese locals. This humble hotel gives you a lot of bang for your buck. Breakfast is simple , hearty and well balanced. The staff is polite and helpful. You can reach the famous Himeji castle in 15 min walking distance. There are plenty of shopping streets nearby. You can find a convenient store just beside the hotel.
Dormy Inn Himeji Natural Hot Spring
4.6/560 Reviews
Wow, this was our first time staying at a Dormy and we loved it. We've stayed at other business hotels, and Dormy has been the best this far. The roof top onsen was great, very clean with lots of personal care products to use. They offer free ice cream (popsicles after onsen 🤤) and ramen in the evening, and free yakult in the morning. The room size is economical, bit larger than other business hotels we stayed in. Parking is not free, it's 1300 a night (if there's space). If it matters, the pajamas they provide are not visually appealing, though they are comfortable (a shirt and pants, both using synthetic sweat wicking (think athletic wear) fabrics).
