Experience Tropical Tranquility: Luxury Studio Home in Hilo!

Unit was perfect and had all the amenities we needed. Location was central to everything and easy to find. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place loved everything except can hear people walking around up stairs.

The cabin was clean, functional, and conveniently located. It was easy to find all the supplies we needed in the cabin. There was a binder with nearby restaurants and grocery stores on the counter. The cabin is directly on the lake, and I wish I had brought coffee fixings, so I could have my coffee out there. It looked like there was a Keurig. We arrived after dark, and the property wasn’t automatically lit at night, so you might want to plan on arriving before sundown or leave your headlights on until you get into the cabin; the light switch is in the right guest bedroom. I wasn’t concerned about mobility, but there is a slight rise (some might say hill) going down to the cabin. There were large landscape stones to try and help you walk down. We had some rain, so we took it slow out of an abundance of caution. No one slipped. The WiFi was spotty, but Matt warned us about that possibility, and I feel like that’s the case around here anyway. Have a backup internet plan if you plan to WFH. Otherwise, enjoy being right on the water.

First time in Hilo Property was very comfortable and had easy access to stores restaurants and other conveniences. It is a large studio and had all the necessary amenities. Only negative thing was the noise from the upstairs unit. Other than that I would not hesitate to stay again.

Maggie was so kind and helpful. The studio was clean and quiet. Close to businesses.

Great location The studio is great, and the only issue was figuring out the location of the front door to the studio, which is inside the garage. Some noise when other occupants overhead, otherwise it’s a great location.

My Stay I was pleased to stay in such a fine,clean place. I enjoyed my visit very .uch.

Extended stay I stayed there for two weeks. Nice studio apartment in a duplex. The only downside is it’s next to a busy road and when people are in the other unit above you, you can hear them walking around. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Great place close to everything you need Great place for your trip to Hilo. Very clean! Grocery is walking distance. Laundry is nice. Would definitely return.
