Only five minutes walk from Heathrow Terminal 5…super clean room and excellent service from hotel staff.

A great location and is hassle free to travel to and from the city. The service and facilities are second to none in this area. Will definitely come back again in future.

Arrived early in Heathrow and recommended to upgrade the room with free breakfast for £100 and instant check in, although costly but worth it for the tireless and comfort after the long-haul flight. The location is perfect for transit travellers, guess it may be the only hotel connected with covered walkway to Heathrow airport and T5 and conveniently located and connected with Heathrow express and other trains. Perfect.

Convenient location, good for travellers who need to take early flight indeed. We booked a family room for 3 people, they did not provide enough bottles of water, slippers and toothpaste for us. We need to call few times to housekeeping to get the said items.

I have stayed here a couple times and highly recommend anyone with a layover at terminal 5. Greta location to airport. Room is big and clean. Staff really helpful and nice food in restaurant and bar. Highly recommend.

Hands down best located hotel in Heathrow T5. However, Heathrow Airport is a very lousy airport. You literally walk for miles and endure packed elevators to get from hotel to boarding gate.

Touching distance of an airplane it’s that close to T5! Great location but some issues on this stay to do with room allocated (given one with an extremely noisy vent, not what you want when needing sleep for an early flight), which they didn’t want to change initially. Other issue was with payment - I arrived earlier than check in and so made a payment before heading into london. When I got into my second room (!) I then got a phone call ‘demanding’ I make a payment. Cue me sending screenshots of the transaction and some back and forth. Resolved a complimentary glass of wine offered but nevertheless.

Conveniently located. Staff was kind when my flight was canceled and arranged the same room for a second night. The room with the amenities were lovely. There was no room service menu in the room or instructions on how to order.

Very comfortable bed and clean. I ordered room service and had a delicious breakfast. I also appreciated how easy it was to get to Terminal 5.

My wife and I regularly stay at this hotel before and after our long haul flights from Shanghai. We usually have an excellent experience and enjoy a restful sleep after flying. However, on this occasion there was a wedding in the hotel. The music was so loud that the room shook slightly and the music was clearly audible in the room. It was 7pm and we were both tired so decided to sleep with the hope it would finish early, especially in an airport hotel. However at 11pm it woke us up and this continued until midnight. I recorded a noise level of 64db in our room 23:38. I understand that events are key revenue streams for hotels, however, such loud events continuing so late seem inappropriate for a hotel airport. I emailed the hotel manager using the email address on the hotel website but got no reply.

The reception is friendly. The facilities of the hotel are a bit old. Just stay one night for the transit at T5 and the location is very convenient.
