Hotels near Suzuka Quasi-National Park, Higashiomi

Brilliant little hotel, less than a minutes walk to the JR station which includes a very helpful tourist info centre and breakfast buffet included for every customer. Bathroom was modern new and shiny with a generous sized bath (for Japan) and the duvet felt especially nice. Decor is modern and mild but not by any means plain. Hotel also has a free mini Sento that is free to use with separate facilities for men and women which is also modern.

旅館位置適合自駕旅客，斜對角有羅森。旅館人員親切，能用翻譯軟體或肢體語言完成入住手續。房間為倉庫樣子，設備基本都有，並附有冰箱、微波爐、加濕器，隔音還行（也可能是太累🥹）。旅館還附送入住人數的微波食品可以當晚餐或隔天早餐吃。整體入住感覺不錯。

It is just off Yakkaichi station of OMI Railway. I had a job nearby and stayed. It was good to have this hotel here. I stay at work everywhere, but no matter where I stay, I have a sense of security if it is a brand of this hotel. The room was relaxing here and dinner was also eaten in the building.

Because it was Saturday, I did not book a twin room. I booked two single rooms and designated non-smoking rooms. There are not many non-smoking rooms in this hotel, so my single non-smoking room is on the 5th floor. Building, curiosity to visit the 10th floor, there is a strong smell of smoke, fortunately, I have a designated non-smoking room, breakfast is rich, absolutely full

I chose Daiwa because of its location is by the lake location and not too far away from Kurokabe distance. Daiwa is famous for good price performance ratio, meaning not expensive room rate yet providing quality room and service. The hotel lobby is grand, and you pick up the bathroom amenities at lobby yourselves. Check in was smooth but you have to bring your own luggage to your room. The hotel charge you Yen 500 for parking per night but give you Yen 500 voucher in return which you can spend in the hotel, not a bad deal. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus service to the Nagahama station for hotel guests if you are not driving. Even taking a taxi from the station to hotel is not more than 5 minutes. The station is just a few minutes walks to the famous Kurokabe Plaza and its surrounding waling streets. Yukata is available on each floor lobby where you pick your selection and size. We were allocated at the corner room which is very spacious, overlooking the lake and the pier, with windows on two sides, and therefore, very bright when the weather is sunny. We reserved a dinner in the booking with the hotel. The dinner is served in the function. It was a multi course dinner with various cooking method of Omi beef, including stew, hot pot and grill, plus a variety of other dishes such as sashimi. Server is very good and the staff are trying hard to communicate with us in English. The onsen on the ground floor is not very big, but the two nights we stayed are Friday and Saturday, so there were extremely many people. There is a souvenir shop which opens until 9pm, a bit early. After we checked out the hotel, we walked around the Nagahama Castle Park which is five minutes walk away from hotel. The castle was built by Toyotomi Hideyoshi in the sixteen century but the current castle is a re-built. We dined at the hotel lobby tea lounge for lunch. But the meal was probably the worst meal I have ever had in Japan over the years. I think a tea should be fine with a good view of the lake. The location of the hotel, and the service quality makes an ideal choice when staying in Nagahama.

I made a reservation in time because I changed my travel itinerary quickly. I chose the water mouth as an intermediate point between Hudong Sanshan and Hunan Sanshan. I didn't expect much. 10㎡Single is small in the middle of my stay so far. Also dinner 1000 yen. Whatever, I was looking forward to it. However, the room was well placed, there was no narrowness, and the lighting was bright. On the upper floor, the view was good. Dinner was so good that it was good that it was not necessary to go out. In the morning, it was a Viking, but the ratio was good. The staff was good. However, the restaurant was small compared to the size of the hotel and lined up a lot. I also thought that there were few staff. The public bath is ok. The guests were rich in variety with businessmen, tourists, foreigners. Overall, it was more than expected.

I have used it many times, but this time there was an irregularity that the towel in the room was not placed w When I contacted the front desk, he brought it to me immediately and it was a pleasant response. I will use it again. Service mineral water and curry are also helpful (^^)

Lake Biwa Marriott is a very pleasant hotel with a good location on the shores of Lake Biwa, with the enthusiasm of ... staff to please guests even a little. The guest room I was assigned was a hot spring suite with a view of Lake Biwa, and it was the best stay to enjoy the hot springs with a wonderful view to ... late check-out 4PM. In addition, there were plenty of facilities in the neighborhood and the building, such as Nagisa Park (Rapeseed field) and planetarium near the hotel, and there was no boring time for one second. I hope you can take care of me next time in the 2 night class of sightseeing main. When visiting Kyoto, we wanted to enjoy some time in an onsen resort so we decided to spend two nights in Ogoto Onsen. After checking the details in their website, we booked a ”Biwa no kaze”room with private onsen and view of Lake Biwako. And we were not disappointed. The room looks newly renovated, and is very spacious with two beds and sitting area plus a tatami room. They offer different dinner packages, and we have chosen crab with steak as the main dishes for the first night, and lobster with shabu-shabu the second night. The foods were of very high quality, tasted and looked very nice. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of different items. The ryokan is excellent in nearly all aspects. We would stay here again when we next visit Kyoto.
