距離水戶站有點距離（步行可能要20分鐘），但此次住宿是商務目的的水戶市民會館，步行約5分鐘可到達，且週邊有京城百貨，購物也算蠻便利的。

ツイン部屋利用、狭い点を除けば一通り揃っていてコスパ良い。出張宿として良いと思います。 ウエルカムドリンクサービス、朝食はフロント前にパンとゆで玉子を置いてあるので それを持ち、カフェのような、部屋にコーヒージュースなどが有りセルフで食事します。 サラダと水は無かったようです。 6階には大浴場が有り、5階に小浴場もあり利用出来ます。 受付のようなフロントに居た男性の一声がいらっしゃいませ!ではなく「名前は?」にはビックリしましたが、細かいところには気にしないで利用できれば良いホテル。

部屋にずっと機械音のような音が鳴り響いています。眠れません。フロントに確認すると、どの部屋でも同じ、だそうです。 壁が薄く、周りの音がかなり漏れて聞こえてきます。歩く音やテレビの音など。 そういう前提なのか、フロントに耳栓が用意されています。耳栓しても機械音は遮断できませんでしたが。周りの部屋の音はわりと気にならなくなります。 全体にかなり古い。めちゃくちゃ狭く、ホテルの部屋で仕事、はかなり難しい。不潔ではない。 駅から結構遠い。
