The service is really average, and there is basically no initiative. Many times, I have to take the initiative to ask questions before simply answering them. I don’t know if this is the case with Ramada hotels owned by Wyndham. The same situation was the same at the Ramada Hotel in Shaoguan before.

The room is really clean and very comfortable to stay in. The check-in time is a little longer because we arrived at night. The service staff's attitude is quite good. The breakfast has basically everything we want. I'm satisfied. Next time I will choose this hotel again when I come to Hezhou

Stayed at Ramada Hotel Hezhou for the second time. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and considerate and helped our whole family quickly check in. The room is quiet and the decoration and facilities are new. The high floor has a good view and you can see the new city built nearby. Breakfast is on the second floor. There are many kinds. You can eat Babu's unique powder corner, as well as Guangxi's characteristic camellia and glutinous rice cake. It is the best hotel in Hezhou currently.
