How to put it, first of all, I received a call from the hotel in the morning asking me what time some children would arrive. However, when I arrived at the front desk to check in at around 3:00 in the afternoon, I was informed that the room had not been cleaned yet. Which five-star hotel has not finished cleaning after 3:00? Then I got the room card number 1502 and waited in the lobby. After waiting for about 25 minutes, I was called. Instead of the room being cleaned, I was given a room card number 1006. This room was also a big safety hazard because the window was at the bottom. Open, very dangerous. The overheat protection failed to turn on after the hairdryer was used for 2 minutes. The position of the toilet is even more awkward. If you open the door to use the toilet inside, your toes will be ****ed off. The same goes for the bathroom door, which is easily broken at that angle. Also, this location is very noisy, with four fans below making constant noise. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel not for family travel, especially if you have smaller children.

The front desk staff is friendly and the hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the high-speed rail station, which is very convenient. The hotel room is large and clean. The lobby waiters are very diligent. In addition to storing luggage and opening the door, they also serve health tea to passengers in the lobby, which is very heartwarming.

We originally arranged for a room on the 8th floor, but when we got to the room, there was a strong smell of cigarettes and alcohol. The waiter said it might be because the guest had vomited last time, and they only agreed to change rooms after coordination. The air conditioning was poor, so it is not recommended.

This comment is purely a personal experience. I am quite satisfied with my choice to stay in this hotel. I stay here often, whether it is the sanitation or software equipment. Just comment on the front desk***. Paying for accommodation doesn't mean you owe her money. You act like you owe her money, and you don't have any courtesy or respect at all! ! This has happened several times. I thought she was in a bad mood. I have endured it a few times, but this time I really can't bear it at all! Have no customers complained about this? Or do you treat individual guests differently? From wearing red clothes as a receptionist to now wearing black clothes as a supervisor? Or the lobby manager? ? What are the promotion criteria? They have no sense of customer service. They didn't say a word during the entire check-in process. They really didn't say a word at all. The minimum level of respect should be shown... I have stayed in so many hotels and I have never seen anyone doing front desk service like this. The same goes for urging someone to leave. There is no title, and the words for urging someone to leave are very uncomfortable to hear. They also hang up the phone directly. Didn’t the front desk training teach the customer to hang up first when answering the phone? Even without training, this is the most basic form of courtesy. It’s really numb, it’s a pleasure to stay and be treated like this 🙂 I hope the leaders will pay attention to today's service attitude.
