Horrible, terrible dirty hotel. Not a best Western Standard, way below standard. Room was stinky, I called front desk and the clerk argued saying it’s non smoking, declined to switch. Requested to speak to the manager was told the owners were not there. I need my full refund, I did not sleep whole night.

The hotel is centrally located and close to a lot of great stores/restaurants. Unfortunately, the first room we got on the first floor was not clean at all and had sticky floors and counter tops. The room phone didn’t work either, which was really strange. There was also grease stains on the bed, and on the TV. The second room was a bit better, but very out dated. There’s also a really loud club/restaurant right across which kept myself and my family up all night. The continental breakfast was pretty good, and the staff there were thankfully pretty helpful w/ my issues.

I tried to book online and the ******* app defaulted back to the current day I was searching instead of a future date. I booked the room and realized the checkin was for the same day! I immediately called to change the booking but SureStay refused to change the date. ******* tried to help and could not get anywhere with the property manager. I wasn’t trying to cancel just move the date and they said no way. They obviously couldn’t care less about people.

I thought this hotel was going to be a bit better than the econo lodge but i was sooooo wrong. The bed was very uncomfortable felt like i was sleeping on the floor, the pillows were small. The worst part of my stay was the guest next door was blasting the TV at 3am untill 7am hardly got any sleep won't be coming back to this hotel needs upgrading.

The property was nice enough. We requested a non-smoking room yet the room had a strong smoke smell. Could've been from the people outside or room next door. The room was clean though. The pool was dirty, water was kinda of greenish 😩Nice Staff and breakfast.

First room they gave us door wasn’t opening.
Then they gave us another room.
No signs how to find the breakfast room.
We were told is next to room 106 the shaded room.
The shade looked like an old rug . All messed up and faded.
The breakfast room was dark.
No one bothered to open the shades.
Eggs and sausage patties were shlitly warm.
The bathtub in the corner had lots of soap residue, long hair next to bathtub by the toilet side…on the floor.
The TV control wasn’t able to turn the volume down..
The entrance doors were dusty and slightly dirty
