GGuest UserCome to Heshan for a business trip, there are not many hotels to choose from around, just choose the most expensive. Finally, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The lobby is high-end atmosphere. The front desk girl told me that no matter what room type is facing the golf, the scenery is really beautiful, and I feel like I am in a paradise. The smart toilet is also very good. JD.com looked for it. It costs almost 20,000 yuan. Oh my God, I am really willing to pile up. The breakfast variety is not a lot, but everything is delicious, the overall service is also great, it is worth living back.

GGuest UserThis hotel gave me a lot of surprises. I arrived at around 8 a.m. because I had a baby over one year old. Before booking, I called the hotel to ask if I could check in early. The staff helped me apply for early check-in. I later learned that my baby hadn’t eaten. Breakfast was given to us free of charge and delivered to the room. The key point was that it was delicious. My baby and I drank all the soup and they helped me carry my luggage. The baby was quite naughty and scattered snacks everywhere. Notifying the housekeeper, they immediately came to help clean up the bed. When they saw some dirt on the bed, they even offered to help us change the quilt cover. The security guard was also very enthusiastic and helped me push the stroller downhill. When leaving the store, he even ran out to help us reverse the car. Miss No. 05 is really very good at service and very gentle. She handles everything from phone inquiries to check-in. This is my first time in Heshan and I feel a strong sense of human touch!

GGuest User酒店很漂亮，就是房間設計大概是有點問題，空間利用率很低，浪費在走廊過道和洗手間，反而睡覺的位置挺擠。牆面的板材很黏，不知道是不是以前貼了海報沒撕下來，除此以外衞生還好。有送一次性浴缸墊和浴球，泡澡可以。早飯的餐廳，黃糖已經明顯受潮變質，過期幾個月了，西瓜也不新鮮，早上吃完就竄了。好評的是距離酒店200米有牛肉自助火鍋，一定不能錯過，千萬要早去免得排隊！

The hygiene was slightly poor and the decoration was a bit old.
