Response from Property: 尊敬的賓客，您好！感謝您在百忙之中抽出時間對麗呈和一酒店（鶴山廣場店）作出評價，對於您入住期間的不愉快經歷，我們深表歉意和遺憾。當看到您在平台作出反饋時，經理即聯繫您給予慰問並溝通了解相關問題，我們亦向您承諾衹要您出示醫生診斷證明是酒店用品引起的皮膚問題，我們會承擔您此次皮膚問題的診療費用。然而不是我們不想解決問題，而是您拒絕去看醫生，拒絕溝通，衹要求酒店退還房費。若入住期間將您的問題向前台反映，我們大可以為您更換相關用品去嘗試解決問題，而非一味衹求退房費，酒店實在難為無理據的要求埋單。我們唯有將此事和攜程客服説明原因，攜程客服也多次和您進行溝通，而您一口拒絕我們建議您看醫生，加上您所拍出來手臂上的圖片看着不像是昨天住一晚所造成的新傷，在我們溝通期間您的意圖很明顯，衹想退回房費，您提出的要求是顯而易見的，後來我們和攜程客服再次溝通，客服亦覺得單方無理據要求退費的做法欠缺妥當。酒店十分重視賓客的入住體驗，但不代表我們的重視是愚昧的，還望多多諒解。如入住期間有任何問題，我們歡迎您隨時與我們的前廳經理聯繫，我們將在第一時間處理。客房部也會繼續嚴格落實客房衞生的質檢與監督，給賓客一個舒適滿意的入住環境。您的寬容和理解是對我們工作的鼓舞和支持！為您提供熱情周到的服務和舒適安靜的休息環境是我們應盡的責任，我們會繼續努力服務好每一位賓客，為大家提供賓至如歸的温馨氛圍。祝你工作順利，事事順心。
