The Westin Washington Dulles Airport

Ive stayed here before and and spend about 70 nights a year in Marriotts. This by far.is the worst, most unfriendly, and most arrogant service I have ever seen at a hotel in my life. The #1 prize for rudeness goes to Kelsy at the front desk. Ive never experienced such a horrific check in experience in my life at any hotel ever. As a person who only ever stats with Marriott, this hotel is a true embarrassment to the legacy of the brand. The only redeeming thing was the early morning staff Mr. Karan who was so nice and wonderful. He should get an award for his wonderful service and Kelsy and her staff should use him as an example on how to behave. I asked to file a formal incident with the hotel and Kelsy told me to call the 800 number to Marriott. Im wondering if the large number of Indians staying in the hotel had anything to do with her behavior. Asian hate is a real thing these days. Ill be getting in touch with the franchise owners regarding this incident as based on other comments, there will be no followup from Gina Ferraro. I also was told Im not a paying customer multiple times since I used my points to book this stay. I guess they thought me, a CEO of an Inc 100 firm and my Harvard surgeon wife were beggars and peasants. As an employer of a very large number of people, lower level staff takes their social and professional cues from management if the desk staff is following the behaviors of Kelsy, that would explain everything.

Very lucky, I booked this hotel for less than 100 knives. On the outskirts of Washington, the hotel is hard to get here by car. We also accidentally bumped into the space museum with our children. I like this hotel too much. The last time I stayed at this hotel was in San Diego, which was the favorite hotel in the West Coast. This hotel is a small villa group, one unit on the second floor, many rooms. Warm and tidy, the bathroom is oversized and there are two cloakrooms for storing luggage. There is a kitchen where you can cook your own food. Also included breakfast, the breakfast is quite rich, that is, the restaurant is a little smaller, you can go back to your room to eat. There is also a barbecue in the evening. There is free parking and it is very spacious. The surrounding environment is very good, although it is close to the road, but it is not noisy, the environment is quiet, especially suitable for bringing children, seeing a lot of children at breakfast. There is a safrway supermarket next to the hotel, which is open 24 hours. Opposite the hotel's road, about 10 minutes walk, there is a restaurant, Lotte Supermarket, and Chinese buffet. It is highly recommended that friends who live here go to eat Chinese buffet, lunch from Monday to Friday, 8 yuan a person. There are 12 knives on Saturdays, Sundays and dinners. The variety is very rich and the taste is very good. Driving for ten minutes, there is a big store, all selling famous brands, Dior Coach have great value! ! In short, I am very satisfied with this hotel. This hotel is very suitable for leisure travel. I originally wanted to stay for a few more days. I found that the price on the second day doubled, and the price on the third day was one and a half times! ! Decisively gave up.

First, the desk clerk was very friendly upon checking in. The process was flawless and we easily found our room on the third floor, room 301. The room was extremely clean and smelled great. Initially, we booked a King room for our overnight stay but when we opened the door and walked in, both of us laughed out loud. The room was SO SMALL!! There's only one night stand on the left side of the bed with a lamp with two outlets in it. THAT'S IT! No other outlets available on the right side of the bed. The sink area was also tiny with barely any room for your essentials. It did have a very nice walk in shower though. I went back downstairs and requested a new room because my husband and I both needed outlets and a nightstand on each side of the bed. Because the hotel was pretty booked, the best they could do for us was a room with two doubles for the same price. I wasn't happy but I didn't have any other choice. That room (302) was bigger with a much bigger sink area so that was good. It came with a super clean microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. I also wasn't thrilled about having to sleep in a separate bed from my husband but a double doesn't cut it for both of us. The bed was much firmer than I care for but I slept okay. The next morning we woke up and went downstairs for breakfast. They offered Eggs, bacon, oatmeal, English muffins and bagels. It was all really good and we left satisfied. Overall we had a great stay and would be back if we're ever in the area again. Side note: I got a 16oz bottle of water from the little market by the desk and was billed $5.50 for it. Talking about highway robbery!

Great hotel with excellent shuttle service to Dulles. Very quiet location and within walking distance to a few nearby restaurants. The front desk staff were outstanding. They answered my multiple questions and resolved billing issues quickly. Monique was great at providing shuttle service. I'll be back.

Hotel service is good, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Really good, much better than the Hilton hotel I checked in the day before.
