Well... the facilities are very old-fashioned... very vintage... I personally feel they can't even compare to newly opened budget chain hotels in China... and there's a road right outside... and the windows don't close properly... but to be fair... the breakfast was actually quite good...

No había elevador y me hicieron subir 6 pisos con maletas. Las escaleras no tenían luz en todos los pisos y estaban llenas de obstáculos y sucias.
