The apartment is centrally located which is great for parking once and walking from there. Large and spacious with a railing on the patio which was great as we have two small children. Leads onto a pool in the garden which was great for a dip. The management team were great and kept us informed at all times. Definitely staying here again and soon hopefully!

Beautiful apartment in great location. Lovely views from the terrace. The apartment is very well equipped, spacious and immaculately clean. We enjoyed the short stroll to restaurants, shops and the coast path. Apartments are very quiet. Pool is quite cold but I enjoyed using it. Booking and check in made easy by the helpful staff.

It was a real treat to go to such a wonderful place like this. The management couldn't be more helpful. It was clean, so spacious and in the most perfect place. Thank you to management for sorting out the few minor issues in such a timely fashion.

We loved the newly upgraded and updated apartment in a fantastic location in Hermanus. There was very little more you could ask for if you wanted to stay in the area. Gym, pool, parking in restaurant hub with no hassle.

At Gearings Point, the location is perfect as it is right at the centre of the town, very close to the old harbour, the market, bars & restaurants. The apartment is very spacious and it commands magnificent views of the ocean and cliff walk. It is maintained to a very high standard with all mod cons available. We loved our stay there and would certainly plan to return.

My wife and I recently stayed here, specifically to watch whales from the comfort of the amazing balcony and, wow, we were not disappointed. Every day we saw Southern Right whales passing by, including mother and calf pairs, and even whales breaching very close to the shoreline. On top of that, the apartment is like a luxurious home from home, equipped with everything, including secure parking, and located right in the middle of the Hermanus sea front. It's not the cheapest accommodation, but treat yourself and stay here!

We stayed at 74 on Marine from 10 to 13 July 2025. The apartment is spacious, well appointed and tastefully decorated. Safe underground parking with covered walkway and lift available to access apartment from parking is convenient ,especially during the rainy season.It is conveniently located within walking distance from main attractions on beachfront. Highly recommended.
