This is a fabulous hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, the room was amazing, and the location is unbeatable. We spent three nights here. I wouldn't say there's a huge amount to do in seebad heringsdorf, but if you're needing some chill time with some interesting historical context in the surrounding area, this is definitely worth a visit. We didn't have dinner here, but if the breakfast is anything to go by, you'd be in for a huge treat. We did sample the cocktails in the bar and they were fantastic. We absolutely loved our stay here.

The service at the reception is impossible. At least one lady gave the rubber chewing suitable answers at check-in. Otherwise, okay. As smokers you are treated worse there like a dog. The dog gets a bowl of water set and is welcome. For a smoker there is not even a cup of ash before the door that I have never experienced. The kittens must be put in the pocket or washed badly or disposed of in public wastehouses. Some just throw them into the street. Isn't nice. Otherwise the hotel has come into the years. trip.com is not recommended. I had asked if there was a balcony at the booked room. The answer was yes, but unfortunately it was not true.

The hotel is in a great location, you are now on the sea bridge and there are enough parking spaces. The check-in was smooth and the staff throughout the house was very friendly at any time. Wellness we didn't use, but looked good. Our family room was very large and absolutely clean. Wi-Fi went perfect. But the style is very old, especially the tape. Also, you must not lose the key, because there are hotel name and room number on it - unfortunate! What definitely misses: a water cooker. We are early rising and I would like to drink coffee or tea in the room before breakfast beginning at 7.30. About coffee: it was clearly too thin and little aromatic at breakfast. It's a pity that Cappuccino and Co cost an additional price. But this is the only criticism of breakfast! There was incredibly a lot of delicious coatings, great bread and bread, hot components and sweet particles. Also the hotel bar was great, our included flame cake was rich and very delicious. Sorry that the bar has sky, but doesn't even show federal League (maybe due to the view of night bread guests). Great Manko: at both evenings guests have eaten Raclette - our room in 1.og smell for hours after dinner. Conclude: Top Hotel, just new doors (smoking and electrical closing system), new floors and coffee/tea makers into the room, then it is perfect!
