Not worth your money, would not recommend. The view was hideous, it feels like prison! I am here as a tourist, not as a prisoner. It is a GHETTO view, not a city view. I couldn't open the curtains, because every neighborhood can see through every inch of your privacy. It makes this room more suffocating and oppressive. Not only about the view but also the noises. The noises from streets, airplane, hallways, and people next door are crazy. I feel so unsafe and so anxious even in my room. The noises were driving me crazy. Couldn't sleep at all because I feel so anxious and nervous about the noises. Why I need to hear somebody's showering at 1am? You can hear every drop of water flowing and draining when someone in the building uses it. I stayed in comfort room for three nights. And it wasn't a COMFORT room. There's no comfort chair/sofa, no view, no shower robe. Also not enough room for baggage. It was suspicious since the photos were not showing a certain room, they were just random pictures from random rooms. It is not the same. Also the wifi is so slow, moreover the phone signal was weak all over the building. Also, the cleaning lady opened my door at 10:20 even though my checkout is 11am. Without a single knock on the door. I was so embarrassed and felt exposed. Even there was 'do not disturb' sign on my door. Worst till the end. I am so disappointed to the extent that I wanted a refund. I worked day and night to get here, now I got this. I feel so bad and depressed. Now I need extra $1k for therapy to get help with this traumatic experience. Breakfast was mid and simple. But if considering this is a four-star-hotel, it is not a good one. Not enough variety. I don't think that my standards are too high. The standard that this hotel was given a four star by is certainly not reliable at all. If you're from any big city and have standards of middle or upper middle class, please reconsider. It will be a total nightmare.

Well located comfortable hotel. Rooms small but well fitted all was good, but the wifi let the place down. Breakfast was a highlight. Great selection of quality food. Staff were capable and welcoming

It was perfect and very nice view

Very poor reception, the room has no electricity, you have to insist to get another room. The very haughty receptionists don't believe us when we tell them there's no electricity. The location right next to the airport runways makes it difficult to sleep. The breakfast room is very noisy, especially with very noisy Americans. The restaurant, advertised as magnificent, is rather ordinary and surrounded by airplane noise. This is an establishment to avoid, or even flee, because it's quite expensive for a service unworthy of a 4-star hotel.

This is a very well managed hotel with a good location, close to the pier and a five-minute walk from the Archaeological Museum. The breakfast is very good, the facilities are complete, the price is not expensive, and the cost performance is very high. When I checked in on June 1, there was a gentleman front desk staff who patiently answered many questions about Heraklion tourism for me and helped me print the boat ticket to Santorini. I would like to thank him here!

Although the hotel is located on the seaside, it is close to the bus terminal, the airport bus station, the archaeological museum, the castle and the lively August 25th Street, all within walking distance. There were three of us on this trip and we chose to stay in a family room, as the hotel provides space It is very large, reaching 35 square meters, enough to accommodate 4-5 people. The decoration is well designed and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The disadvantage is that the hotel is located in an old area, the surrounding environment is relatively narrow and dirty, and because it is the off-season, the top floor of the hotel has a view of the sea. The restaurant is not open yet. There are two hotels, Olive Green and Leagecy, in the same area and under the same group. I want to try them when I come back next time.

The sea view outside the window is first-class, facing the historic site. Although it is facing the street, the sound insulation effect of the door and windows is very good. Free parking lot is rare. It is about 500 meters away from the hotel. The linen in the room is relatively old. European hotels basically do not provide toothbrushes

It exceeded my expectations

We took the half board package, it was the same menu for 5 nights. Only a few dishes and the dishes are not to our liking. The menu for other customers are better. We were very disappointed. We did not eat for the 5th day because the menus are the same Only a few choices. I do not recommend half board for this hotel.
