Versproche Tiefgarage für 30 Motorräder war alter Kuhstall. Der war dreckig und nicht abschließbar. Fewo war in sich nicht abgeschlossen, man mußte den Allgemeinen zugänglichen Flur nutzen um die Räume Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer zu erreichen. Jede Tür mußte gesondert abgeschlossen werden. Die obere Fewo wurde durch einen Dauergast der Kettenraucher war genutzt, der Rauch zog sich auch in unsere Räume. Überall waren Schilder das nur draußen auf der Terrasse und auf den Balkonen geraucht werden dürfte. Wir mußten uns selber um den Raucher kümmern weil der Vermieter seine Verpflichtungen nicht nach kam. Nie wieder!!!
