The view was not so nice, the room only got cleaned half the time i was there 2 out of 4 nights, the toilet was dirty sink blocked, and breakfast took 35 mins on day 1 for toast and bacon, so had to leave. wouldn't go back to see the view below. ps they said they would get the manager to call me, of course this never happened so i wrote my review.

Staff went above and beyond, very approachable, very friendly.
I had dinner in the restaurant one night and the food was amazing. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very cosy and relaxing.
Only issue I can say is all the hotel rooms are upstairs, which for me was quite difficult when checking in and checking out. But other than that 10/10!
I would definitely stay at the riva again.

Lovely welcoming staff. Tasty breakfast.
Had room 15 which was a very small twin. Sloping floor which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Felt like I was going to roll out of bed!
At £108 I felt it was a tad overpriced

A very chilled venue with attentive staff and an excellent menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A prefect stay, with a perfect view.

Stay was just a 'stopover' to break up our journey but we were so impressed with this hotel. Location is great - right on the waterfront, close to parking and electric chargers. Room was spacious and very comfortable and the food was exceptional.

I like the location, my room was very small & the window was opaque which I didn’t like. However I would definitely consider staying there again. The staff are lovely.
