Very nice and good location and very clean inside and outside

Nice place. Only bad critique I have is the coffee provided in the cabin was terrible. Bring your own coffee.

It was walking distance to everything.the creek at in the back with people fishing for trout.very nice

They said there was no one above us but someone was up there dragging furniture all night long and running power tools so after informing the staff and NOTHING was done. We had planned on staying for 5 nights but after 2 nights of no sleep we checked out & left. The manager lied so much to ********** and stoled our money for the 5 nights and refused to credit us back for the 3 nights we didnt even stay. People at the front desk the first 2 dsys & nights were great but the management leaves alot to be desired, very dishonest!!! Will NEVER stay here again too many other choices.

This one of all time favorite properties to stay at when in Helen Ga. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are always spotless, the location is walking distance to down town, plus the river is right there….ahhhhhh our happy place.

Decently updated rooms. Great location. Parked at check in and we were able to walk everywhere. 10/10

Extremely clean, right next to the river and only a short walk to the center of everything!

The room was clean. We arrived early and the morning staff greeted us, but said our room wasn't ready so for us to come back at 3pm or they would call us. When we came back to check in we did not even get the room we requested. No explanation on why our room was given away.

The Staff at the front desk were quite rude to my boyfriend when we initially arrived. He was not happy finding out after a long drive that the rate we were quoted en route was $80 higher when we arrived. When he tried to ask why were we not told about all of this there was no explanation. We were told we could stay elsewhere. We were both tired from being on the road so I had to ask him to go outside while I handled the key part. I feel I was overcharged and was never given a receipt and we paid in cash....
