Modern concept, who is on the way without a smartphone and credit card, is unfortunately not coming in here. But who has overcome this obstacle, is a very good business hotel here. Booking, check-in, check-out, everything online, even if no staff at the reception service. Rooms convenient, good bathroom, the double bed could be a bit broader, room would be sufficiently available. Breakfast was 1 A, with a great selection of Müsli, Vegan lifts and more. For this, free parking incl before the hotel incl a loading station for e-cars (cost but ok). Very friendly staff. To this end, the guest can fill a small bottle of heat or cook a tea. Even at minus 9 degrees of outside temperature, the room was wonderfully warm.

The hotel is located on the castle mountain in Heidenheim. Directly next to it is the Congress Centre. There is also a natural theater and the wild park is not far. Also to the castle is not far. The hotel is tasteful and modernly furnished. It's all very clean and ordened. We had the residential suite, this is very spacious and also tasteful and modern furnished. There is a lot of stuff here. The bathroom is large enough. The mattresses are super, you can sleep very well. The breakfast buffet is diverse and for everyone something there. Tasteful, as qualitatively very good. The dinner in the castle restaurant was super. Tasteful as qualitatively very good. The portions are not too small. The atmosphere is also beautiful. Here you cook with love and you taste it. Also the whole team is very friendly and premature. Here is a great team at the start. You can feel very well here and be able to disgust.

We had a beautiful room with balcony, unfortunately our room neighbours were smokers and this resulted in the open window of the cotton spread in our room, for non-smokers like us was it naturally very unpleasant. At temperatures around 30° the windows were to remain open at night and evening! Unfortunately, there are no limitations (seeing protection) on the balcony, which makes the privacy enormously restricted. Otherwise we can recommend the hotel in any case, very friendly staff, a large choice of breakfast and not forget the bordering hall bath with outdoor basin that is beautiful to reach through a walk in the cellar. We'll be happy to come back, but next time in the non-smoking area.

After staying for 4 nights, the front desk of the hotel only saw it after checking out on the last day. However, this is the style of others and will not disturb customers.
