YE BO DONG FANG HOTEL

The hotel environment is good, but the location is a bit average. The afternoon tea wasn't as great as advertised, just some sunflower seeds and small snacks. What really bothered me was finding bugs on the bed when I was about to check out after staying for two nights. The hotel's solution when I told the front desk was also ridiculous: either a 60-yuan refund or sending my luggage to them to be cleaned and then shipped back to me. I don't have that much time to waste, so I had to compromise in the end. Other than that, everything else was pretty good.

The room was clean and tidy, the location was convenient, and the service was enthusiastic. It offered great value for money and a wonderful stay. The environment was quiet and comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The bed and pillows were soft, making for a very comfortable sleep. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light. They also offer a free shuttle service to the South Station. The breakfast was a rich buffet, and there was even afternoon tea. On my first stay, I also received a welcome fruit platter.

The hotel just opened, so the room was very new and on a high floor. However, the attention to detail in their service needs improvement. I asked the restaurant staff twice for coffee spoons, and each time they said 'okay' but then disappeared. 😂 Also, my booking included tickets to the botanical garden, but they didn't mention it proactively. Overall, it was an alright stay, but the service details could be better.

The service was excellent, and the environment was really good. They offer a shuttle service, which is a huge plus. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options and great taste. I stayed for 6 days and will definitely be back again.

The hotel's overall environment is decent, and it's right next to the South Station. My only complaint is that I arrived around 4 PM and had to wait almost half an hour to check in. When I finally got into the room, the floor was still wet. Hope they can improve on this.

Extremely close to the high-speed train station, the hotel staff's service attitude is excellent, and there's a wide variety of breakfast options. The decor is very novel, a collision of traditional culture and modern art. Highly recommended!
