Clean and tidy, with excellent service.

The bathroom had no door. The front desk said the door was broken and had been removed but hadn't been installed yet, and offered no solution. The main problem was that the bathroom directly faced a full-length mirror; lying in bed, you could clearly see the bathroom from the mirror. My mother and I were traveling together and couldn't shower at night. When we asked the business to help, they just said, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do." They said there were only two rooms of the same type available, and they could only move me to a smaller room for an extra 20 yuan, or I could just make do. I complained to Ctrip. After negotiating with Ctrip, I had to use a clothes hanger to hold a towel to block the mirror and then shower in the dark. Just as I was about to go to sleep, the front desk called to say there was another room available—it's ridiculous! The hairdryer stopped working after a few seconds; I'm speechless.

The room layout was convenient, the environment was clean and hygienic, and most importantly, the service was excellent—warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We brought our child here this time, and the child loved it. It's also very convenient to get around. Most importantly, the price-performance ratio is superb; we'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Never reviewed before, this is the first time I've reviewed this hotel. Stayed for 2 days. On the first day, there was a very loud buzzing sound near the room, but it was gone in the second half of the night. After I asked to change rooms, the next day I couldn't sleep because of the noise of cars, electric drills, and people talking next door. I asked to change rooms but they said there were no rooms available. I was speechless. What's even more shocking is that the conversation with the girl next door was very clear. The man had 3 mobile phones. What did the other man wear? He was still talking at 2 o'clock in the morning. I went to the front desk to communicate many times. In the morning, I found a small yellow card at the door. Combined with the content of the conversation with the girl, it was really shocking. I forgot to take pictures at that time. I was really scared when I thought about it as two female colleagues and I staying in the hotel. I feel that Hefei is a big city, and I have never seen such a thing even though I travel there frequently.
