I chose this hotel based on reviews. The location is excellent, right across from the new provincial museum and art gallery, making it convenient for visiting exhibitions. It's a six-story building with parking available. I was upgraded to a quiet, premium double room, which was quite nice. The hotel reserved this room for me based on my order request. The room was quiet overall, spacious, with a comfortable bed, a smart door lock, and the ”Xiao Ai” smart assistant service. A robot delivered breakfast (from their partner Laoxiangji), offering six set meals to choose from, delivered at the requested time (starting at 7:30 AM, but we requested 8:30 AM). The buns were a bit cold. Everything else was fine. There was water under the disposable towel bag, and the bath towels weren't folded properly, but the front desk replaced them and even gave me earplugs. Better attention to detail in management would be helpful.

The hotel environment is great, check-in is very convenient, there's a self-service laundry room, so doing laundry is easy. It's conveniently located with dedicated parking spaces both above and below ground, and parking is free. Location is great. Walking distance to the Swan Lake. Wifi not workong, called reception they never came to fix it. Poor customer service, the reception area is very cold, no working AC. Had a smelly elevator.

This newly opened hotel was very clean and comfortable. I especially want to commend the receptionist; seeing that a friend had dropped me off at the hotel, she gave my friend a breakfast voucher so we could have breakfast together the next morning—so thoughtful! Also, the tea bags in the room were excellent, Zhenghe and Xiaozhong varieties. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the pastries were particularly delicate, earning high praise from my friend.
