Really very satisfied with a stay, the service is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Hefei, parking is convenient, the location is in the city center, it is convenient to go out, the rain and snow weather on the day, when I went out, the front desk also took an umbrella for us to use, When we checked out, the front desk also sent mineral water to us to drink on the road, very careful service.

This hotel is great. I love the fact the staff are so friendly and kind. Specially asst.manager Joanna Zhai. She was really helpful during our stay at the hotel. She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. I highly recommend the family suit if you are traveling with kids. You will definitely have a relaxed time while your kid will be enjoying the room.

The location is very good, located in the new district of Hefei Binhu, the environment is clean, the transportation is convenient, the hotel room facilities are very good, very quiet, the only downside is breakfast, end at ten o'clock, we go down at 9:30, there is almost nothing to eat, the answer is because there are too many people on the day and they are preparing again. But then I didn’t prepare all the meals. I felt that as a hotel, I should count the number of guests staying every day and the number of people using breakfast. This should not happen. In addition, the location of the breakfast room is very small, and I can’t go to the Chinese restaurant on the side for breakfast. Hopefully this can be improved.

The front desk manager Lingling service is very good and warm and thoughtful. The hotel has a late check-out service, free parking 🅿️, the nearest bus stop next to it, the nearest shopping mall opposite, and the transportation is convenient. The room was very clean and the hotel was quite new and very comfortable. Suitable for business trips and friends travel. Overall the experience is very good.

We had a great weekend stay at the Crowne Plaza. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub (but didn't get to try the sauna or steam room). It's in a great area near some good restaurants.
