服務人員真的很差勁，全程葛優躺刷手機，房間衹有一個枕頭很薄，要求加一個告訴我明天才能加，問wifi密碼説不清，告知在桌上有根本沒有，床品還是挺新的，洗手間抽氣壞了，簡直是個拖拉機。服務人員估計對待遇不滿意，臉很黑，小鎮物價倒是喜人。

一星。到店接觸的前台態度極其冷漠，諮詢問題時頭也不抬，多次追問才不耐煩地迴應，全程毫無服務意識，第一印象差到極點給前台的“高冷服務”點個“贊”問啥啥不知，催啥啥不理，彷彿我是來打擾她摸魚的。建議店家給前台單獨設個“無需服務崗”省得耽誤大家時間。一星奉上，體驗拉滿

小縣城裡麪算比較乾淨，設施比較齊全的了。德勝不好打車，也沒有什麼遊客駐足。我是有事耽誤連住了兩天，總體來説在當地算比較不錯的，衞生也挺好。

提前預訂的，半夜夜車入住！進門滿滿的煙味，沒有去除，聞着是真的難受的很，床單上還有不明臟污 半夜廁所一直有水聲異響 完全影響睡眠
