I checked into the hotel at nearly nine in the evening. As soon as I put down my luggage, I found a cockroach crawling under the coffee table. I was so upset in the middle of the night. I contacted the front desk immediately, but their attitude made it seem like this was a common occurrence. They neither made any explanation about the hygiene condition of the room nor arranged for an auntie to check the hygiene, and they didn't even go to the room to check. As it was too late and it was inconvenient to change hotels, I asked to change rooms. I had shadows when sleeping at night and always felt uncomfortable and worried that cockroaches would come out. I am very worried about whether the original room will be thoroughly disinfected and whether the next guest will encounter the same problem. In addition, the washbasin in the room was covered with water stains. In fact, I can accept objective problems such as outdated facilities or small room area, but the hygiene problem is really unbearable.

Yesterday I checked into room 703 on the 7th floor. There was a huge spider (alive). I called the front desk to deal with it. I asked to change rooms, but they told me that they were fully booked. Today I moved to the room on the 10th floor. There was a spider web again. I got goose bumps. (In the whole process, I didn’t deal with anything except helping to catch the spider. The room is big, the location is good, there are many food nearby, and the check-out time was extended for us. I am just not used to the design of the toilet and bathroom. There is only one sliding door, so I can only close one room. It is not convenient to bring children.

The hotel is easy to find, just by the road. The room is comfortable and sanitary, the pillows are very soft, and the sleep is super comfortable~ The overall space is relatively large and the layout is very reasonable. There is no odor and the sound insulation is also good. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good, and she answered any questions she didn't understand! The restaurant also has a lot of breakfast varieties, the taste is very good, and the experience is very ok! !

The conditions were OK. The girl at the front desk was very nice and sent breakfast.

The hotel is very nice. I stayed in this hotel during the Chinese New Year. It is a very good hotel in Hechi, but there are few parking spaces.

The environment is very good, quiet, with sufficient hot water supply, and there are intelligent robots to guide you in the hotel, which is great! I will book this hotel again next time I come to Yizhou. Very good!!!
