Best Hotels in Haykashen

I'm still living here, the location is great, and there are many restaurants around. This is my second time in Yerevan. Very satisfied with the hotel.

1st of July afternoon we arrived in the majestic city of Yerevan. my intention to drop my cousin in Holiday Inn Express leads me to decide to stay in this hotel. People from reception are very helpful, they tried their best for me to get my own room despite the fact that it was fully booked. Special thanks to Maria, Anghiela & Mariam, you guys are amazing and beautiful!! Hakob made a huge extra mile by helping us with all the things that we need. We will definitely recommend and we will be back soon. And opps the housekeeping is very helpful and friendly. Beautiful People, good food and great country!! Kudos IHG, hope you give more value to your asset :)

Everything in Kesabella are all that we need in Armenia, we felt safe, the room has everything we need and secured aside from it's clean, the ambiance is very homie, the weather in this location is very fine, the food was sumptous yet affordable. The people in Kesabella are very kind, they are approachable and comes when you needed them the most. For a month of stay in Kesabella, they became our family away from home. ❤️ Madam Maral has the best jam in Armenia!! I can tell coz i brought home jams from supermarket but nothing beats her jams!! If we will be back to Armenia, this will be our lodging place, no doubt. ❤️ They are really true to the name of their hotel. Kesa (Casa/House) Bella (beautiful)... really a beautiful place. Tips: this place is more or less 5km far from the center. So be prepare to hail a taxi, use Yandex app. But very near to airport so no need to hurry. The owner himself will fetch and drive you to airport..What more can you ask for right? Everything is here!!!

We decided to spend a holiday in Armenia with a friend. Since in the yard of August, and all the checked accommodation was already booked at the last moment. According to the reviews, we found a good Sphera by Stellar hotels like 4☆. Booked, paid, arrived ... Settlements in 14.00 Standard, we arrived much earlier, wanted to pay for early entry but our room was still busy, others apparently didn't and we were asked to wait. In 14.00 we came to the resepshen and here for the first time our unpleasant acquaintance with the hotel was held, our room was not removed and we were asked to wait 20 minutes. We drove up on nothing not to blame the girl on the resepshn and went to wait ... After 20 minutes we were settled in a freshly clean room, a stylish interior, a comfortable bed (we 2 girls didn't even offer to spread a double bed on two separate beds) and a piece of the dumped folk nail on the just-dryed carpet cover. Next showers: for some reason all shampoo, etc. in one instance, even a one-time toothbrush is one, apparently we had to share it ... truth after 5 minutes we found the second, truth of use in boxing on the table in the bathroom. Together something wet, used and unclear. Today 5 days in this hotel, we leave tomorrow. ”Clean” every day. Someone's used brush is still on the spot. In general, all the cleaning is a bed-stick and garbage-removal. We are 2 girls, even hair in the bathroom never dared. But the last drop today was the missing open soap and absence toilet ... the open was taken, and the new one didn't put. Papers floor roll, new one is not. Like the lion for the body never changed, although we used them only. The second set of shampoo, etc. by the way, is not. Towels have never changed even when I was bleeding my own blood from a cut finger. general dirt and savings, spoiled all the impression. And the hotel as a whole is good, polite staff on the respiratory, everyone speaks several languages. All requests were responded, the safe was replaced (the engineer thanks for patience). But cleaning is not their end. By the way, the towel dryer in our room also didn't work for a day.

I stayed in many hotels and apartments in Yerevan, but RIS DALMA is the case when it 's really better than the picture. Incredibly clean, fresh, stylish, beautiful, staff very polite, and the suitcases help to take, and for the car the place will stay on the parking, just perfect! In the apartments there are all necessary dishes (ideally clean!), in the water refrigerator, in the kitchen tea, coffee, sugar!!! Ideal! And from each room there is a beautiful view: I lived in a room with a view to Mount Ararat and a view to the city, it is two incredibly beautiful views! The location is perfect: next to the Dalma Mall shopping center, where there is a supermarket and all the necessary shops.

When I first came to Armenia, the first place that welcoming me was this hotel. I liked everything here. From service to cleanliness. The bar here was very amazing for me. The mixology was making a wonderful alcoholic cocktail. Everything was very good. Thank you to all the staff there.
