Park Top House

I’ve never experienced this before at a B&B, when we arrived there was no one to greet us, so you follow instructions on how to access the key safe to let yourself in. So if you were hoping to speak to the owner regarding good eateries in the local area, walks etc, you can’t. the place is nice and clean And well maintained the room was nice but breakfast was disappointing. I’ve never been served little cartons of fruit juice rather than genuine juice. Don’t ask for a poached egg with your breakfast because the lady doesn’t know how to make one, so overall I was disappointed and wouldn’t and return.

Couldn’t fault this B&B. Host Vanessa, so friendly, couldn’t do enough for you. Room, excellent, very clean, all and more you would expect in a room. Breakfast was perfect, quality ingredients used, and drinks to match. Location, excellent. If you are visiting the area don’t hesitate to book!

Such a clean and wonderful place to stay. I've not stayed in a top hotel as clean and comfortable as this. The host is amazing and pulls out all the stops for an enjoyable stay. The breakfast is fab and plentiful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else but here when visiting this area again.

A wonderful guest house. So well presented and decorated to a very high standard. Our bedroom was so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Vanessa is a great host and looks after guests so well. She is so kind and a delightful person to talk to and will help you with any problem. Parked car in her parking spaces with ease. Our trip to Haworth was good but staying in Park Top House was worth the trip alone.

Everything was perfect. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean room. The little details make it feel extra special. Vanessa is extremely welcoming and cooks an amazing breakfast. We will definitely return. It's also in the perfect location and we had a gorgeous vie of the park.

Where do I start. This little B&B is absolutely perfect in every way, very cosy and spotlessly clean everywhere. There was so much attention to detail to cater for every need. Vanessa is the nicest most welcoming host I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Nothing was too much trouble for this lovely lady. Breakfast was cooked to perfection with plenty of choice. We'd booked an evening meal at a local pub, but when we arrived for our meal we were refused, as it was snowing heavy and we were told that the chef was going home. We were given the run around to other restaurants who had no availability. We ended up back in our room with no supper. I texted Vanessa to ask if I could just make some toast and she said we could raid the fridge and have whatever we wanted. I have never seen such a clean tidy kitchen! Our room was warm, with a comfy bed and a well stocked refreshments tray. We were told we could collect a flask of fresh milk from the kitchen if we preferred, instead of the UHT cartons. The bedroom was tastefully decorated and even had two hot water bottles if we needed them for extra warmth, which we didn't. The ensuite was clean, fresh and warm with thick fluffy towels and good quality complimentary toiletries. We hope to visit Haworth again in the future and will definitely book into Park Top House. I have just had a very pleasant three night stay at Park Top House guest house in Haworth and it was marvellous. I came to visit the Brontë Parsonage Museum and walk on the moors. The accomodation is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The owner Vannessa is very helpful and made me extremely welcome. The vegetarian breakfast was delicious and set me up for the day. I am already planning my next stay.

Excellent b&b. Very clean, comfortable, and great location. Landlady is extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble. A proper b&b run very well by a person who knows how to do it! Great breakfast too. Highly recommend.

Stayed four nights in two room. We came to explore family legacy sites from the 1800s in Haworth and Oakworth. The B&B was very convenient for walking to homes and cemeteries of interest, and for exploring foot paths to the Bronte Falls, etc. Breakfasts were excellent and available when we wanted them, the hostess was very attentive, and our rooms comfortable and modernized with good beds. I would book there again on a return visit.
