Very nice hotel and very nice staff. You shouldn’t expect fantasy like from expensive hotels in other countries, but it’s quite good. Breakfast is included and the food is good. Among the hotels in Havana, one can generally say one of the best. When I stayed the prices were very cheap, but just before I left the prices went up a lot. I paid 31 rubles for 5 days. The location is also very convenient. In the backyard there is a small pool for children and adults.
In general, I recommend it, I was pleased. After this hotel, I stayed in a hotel for 60 rubles in Mexico City and there are not even half of the conditions here, there is not even a basic cafe and instead of an air conditioner there is a fan. In Havana everything was great in this regard and very, very clean. I recommend!

Good value for money. Pretty average room but for its price we can't complain.
There is a pool but we couldn't enjoy it, it closes too early.
Friendly staff, especially one of their butlers.

I found NH Capri's sister hotel, Victoria, a classy and sophisticated experience. Guests are greeted by a mellow vibe to ease into their stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, with a fashionable interior, well positioned (for walks) and spectacular views (from the penthouse suite). The staff are sweet and always ready to help - a special mention to Chabelli, Iran, Cristina, Lucia, and Yosvani.

My first visit to Havana and won't be my last... these guys gave me a stay to remember, it was my Birthday whilst there, I got a cake, and a lovely greeting, also they they got me a Classic car to Buena Vista Social club... before I headed to Varadero... 🥰🥰🥰 special thanks to Raymundo, Elizabeth, Ruben,Cristina Edgar, and Iran... and all staff were lovely.
