Centara Hotel Hatyai is a great place to stay. The location is very convenient, right in the city center and close to shopping areas, food, and night markets. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Hatyai.

We drove in from Malaysia and decided on this hotel as it offered a secure car park within their hotel building. We also wanted a spacious room with a window that opens. The location is another plus point as it is in a quieter street yet within easy walking distance to the Lee Garden night market. The hotel has many food options nearby: a rice and rice congee shop with a big selection of dishes; a shop specialising in duck noodles plus other duck parts side dishes; a seafood eatery (which we didn't try but had lots of customers every night; and a nice cool (air-conditioned) coffee shop to escape from the daytime heat. (Mixue is another ”cooling” option just around the corner from the hotel) After dark there are food and drink stalls along the roadside nearby. Lots of other places to eat and drink we didn't get round to trying... From the hotel it was easy for us to drive to Songkla and Central Hatyai shopping mall as well as Big C Superstore as we were able to avoid the congested area near Lee Garden. Though the hotel is a little tired, the service at the front desk was excellent. Housekeeping was done promptly and we returned to a neat room. All in all, the hotel is worth the price we paid on Trip.com (with a 3-night stay discount and a one extra night extension). I especially liked the ”wooden floor” laminate as it feels clean and softer on my feet. The spacious room made it comfortable for a slightly longer stay, without getting in the way of each other.

Stayed here for a short family trip. The location is convenient and staff were polite, but cleanliness was a concern. The room and bathroom felt a bit outdated and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Bedding and floors didn’t feel very fresh. Overall, an average stay — okay for a short visit, but cleanliness needs improvement for a more comfortable family experience.

I definitely recommend B.P. Grand Tower Hotel in Hat Yai if you want a great location, comfy rooms, and easy access to everything during your trip. The hotel is right in downtown Hat Yai, meaning you’re just steps away from shopping malls like Lee Garden Plaza, Odean Mall, Central Department Store, and many food stalls and massage places — perfect for exploring on foot without needing transport. The Hat Yai Railway Station is also only about an 8-minute walk away, which makes travel super convenient. Rooms here are spacious and comfortable (many guests said the beds are great and some deluxe rooms feel like suites), and there’s even an outdoor pool you can relax in after a day of sightseeing. It’s a solid choice if you care more about a clean, easy stay in the city center rather than luxury. The hotel is not brand new — some guests mentioned it’s a bit dated in places — but for the price you pay and how central it is, it’s still good value for money, especially if you’re planning to shop, eat, or visit night markets nearby. A few people found the hotel older and wished for renovations, but that’s common for great location hotels that are priced well.

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Hat Yai. First off, the location is excellent, and the service is always top-notch, making me feel right at home. I'm very satisfied. The rooms are also clean, tidy, and bright, which is why I love it!

Check in process was easy and fast. Deposit 1,000 thai baht and it is refundable upon check out. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and clean. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and hot shower was nice. Walking distance to the Lee Garden area about 5 minutes walk. Along the way have several 7eleven outlets. Also many restaurants nearby. About 9 minutes going to the Asean Night Bazaar & Central Hatyai Mall by Grab or Bolt. Overall it was a great stay here.

A right decision after all.... Location, location and location. No tut tut, just walk about 300m, turn left for Lee Gardens and turn right for Kim Yong market. Simple, comfortable room yet spacious enough to put your luggage and additional shopping bags. Free parking by the road side,by the way.

For this price in the Lee Garden area, with many night markets within walking distance and a huge 7-Eleven right downstairs, you really can't complain. It was an excellent experience. The hotel isn't large, but the staff are very enthusiastic.

Strategic location. Cosy hotel that comes with walk in shower and washlets. Complimentary breakfast and tea time provided. Surrounded by local eateries with 7-11 nearby.

Cleanliness needs to be improve. Ants can be seen in bedroom & toilet. Plenty of mosquitos inside toilet. If I have the spray I would kill all. 🤣 Aircond & water heater work perfectly. Near to town and plenty of amenities & restaurants nearby. Overall is fine. Perfect location.
