It seems that there are no Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and communications breakdown within the Maintenance, Housekeeping and Front Office team. Hot shower in our room was not working and had reported it to the Receptionist before we left the hotel for a dinner and walk. When we came back, we gave the receptionist courteousy reminder and to ask if our shower was fix. They couldnt answer that and immediately asked the maintenance staff which was happened to be standing outside of the lobby to fix it. The Worst Part:- The maintenance staff walked together with us into our room and washroom, with his same shoe which he wore when he stood outside of the lobby. After fixing it, he literally step on our floor mat to dry his shoe. The while floor mat was dark in colour and we asked him to bring that floor mat out! After reporting it to the receptionist, they didnt really know what to do, and i asked them to get the housekeeping team to come and clean it. The housekeeping lady only came to replace a floormat, without mopping the floor. We hv to request over again and tell her what happened. No apologize from any of thm. Extra tips, do not opt for their breakfast choice, there is only 6 items ala carte menu available. First day breakfast there are cereals bt the milk was abit sour, 2nd day breakfast, no cereals available.

Place is around 5-10 mins to go to Central Festival Mall and Greenway Night Market if by Grab. Staff is very friendly and helpful got us a good price to Krabi using cab which cost $3500 baht while other quoted us much higher. Thank you!

We booked 2 x Deluxe room with breakfast , Hotel is located makro, shopping centre & night market . I like the location , very convenient and easy to access every where. There provide carpark too. The swimming pool is big & have gym room too. The room is big for me to put 2 big luggage .The staff can't really speak english fluently . Sometimes there don't understand what i asking or explain. The room is clean & the sound prove too. The most important for me is sound prove . i will be back again this hotel . Highly recommend my friends and family .

For the price you pay the room is comfy enough for 2 or 3 adult at least. They have the amenities as below : -TV -Medium sized fridge -Heater -AC -Bidet hose -Parking -Wifi Remember to bring your own iron as they do not provide one. The room have balcony too but the view not so much and it is not a big deal for me. If you are going out most of the times then it shouldn’t be an issue. Another plus point would be, the Greenway Night Market is literally next to this hotel. You can just walk there. I even bring my elderly mom and the journey not so much for her. If you want to go to the Asean Night Market you may do so and the walk is around 7 minutes plus or less from Greenway. You may download an offline Google Maps before you travel or if you have any data just open the Google Maps and search Asean Night Market and hit the pedestrian symbol from the maps.

Hotel was clean with modern touch. We like the cafe interior design, so cool. Room was nice. Bed was comfort, my wife love the pillow but not me. Little too high for me. I love the pantry inside our room. They have microwave and medium size refrigerators. Small balcony for those who smoke. Breakfast was limited. Need to place order at the receptionist counter day or night before. Filling portion for breakfast meal. Coffee, tea & milo sachets counter with juices and detergent. Only hiccups is the dryer. It will auto stop every 15mins. Its irritated us as we need to adjust the time again & again. Inform the front desk receptionist and they call the hotel technician came to fix but doesn't help. We've to find laundry mart and quiet a distance. Cost us 400bhat!. Please fix the dryer. Other then that, is nice hotel to stay.
